Due to my OCD, I noticed what felt like a hangnail on the leading edge of both doors so I took my car over to Posh. They helped me immediately and assessed the previous work. It's also difficult to cool off one's vehicle in that kind of weather without help. There are WAY TOO MANY people/ places who do car wraps in Las Vegas, for ANYBODY to even waste their time with this place!! I was interested in having some accent wraps done on my 2017 Audi S6. I wanted the front lip in red, and the side skirts, and the trunk lip/ spoiler in black. PRETTY F'ING SIMPLE JOB!!! I took my car to a couple places to get some quotes, before coming here. The previous spots were booked out a week or 2, or didn't have the color wrap(s) in stock. Driving by this place all the time, when it was Lusso, I thought I would stop by and see what they had to say. Great staff. Jovan who I think is the owner, cool as fuck. Great personalities with the staff, but unfortunately I'm not paying for cool personalities... I brought in my car on Wednesday. Jovan said, "How's tomorrow at 9 am?" I said perfect. Brought my car in that next day, at 9 am. "Car should be done in 3 hours. I'll call you when it's just about done." Tick.... Tock... Tick... Again the clock goes Tock... ZERO call at noon. ZERO. None at 1. Not even at 2. So I called at 3. No answer, so I left a message. I called again from my business phone at 4, they answered, said "Let me check... Yeah, Car is ready..." Good I thought, it's only BEEN 7 HOURS for a job that should've taken 3-4 TOPS! I go into get it, and WOW. This is where "Posh" goes to TRASH!! REAL QUICK! Did you guys do this with your eyes closed? Did you blindfold a child to cut the wrap for a school project? Not only should this job have taken 3 hours, maybe 4 at MOST, but to take 7 hours, and the quality to be a 1 out of 10 stars?!?!??! You guys might want to get a different guy/ team to do the wraps from now on, cause woowwowwow... You won't be in business very long with this trash quality... The vinyl was not even cut straight on the side skirts, and the front lip, not only did it it not go all the way to the back of the lip, but the cuts around the posts... LOL. I could've done a better job myself with ZERO experience, at night, in a garage with the lights turned off. Even the guy there agreed, "yeah, this isn't good. He usually does a much better job..." "His hands are really big, so it's hard for him to get under the lip with the wrap and be able to cut..." Well great, thanks for wasting my time and my entire day... Here's a thought: Get a guy who KNOWS how to wrap, and cut, with hands that are able to do the job!??!?! When I left, the thought crossed my mind to not come back... I contacted Posh to have my 2024 Escalade fully wrapped in stealth PPF. I spoke to Megan on the phone and she was extremely pleasant and helpful! When I took my car in, I was greeted by Jovan who explained the process and the timeline for completion. The pricing was right in line with what I was expecting and the customer service I was given from Megan & Jovan is what made me choose Posh over other companies. During the time my car was getting wrapped, I called Jovan to ask if I could throw in my front windshield tint as I had recently gotten it replaced. He was more than happy to add on a service and accommodated installation to not add any additional time to the original timeline. Upon pickup, the car looked as good as I imagined. I went over every inch of the car looking for any imperfections, but there was none! From start to finish both Megan & Jovan were polite, helpful, transparent, and accommodating. 09/29/2020 Updated review: Lusso has been great with regular car washes, hence the 2 stars, but wont seem to fix or provide a solution on the ceramic pro gold, and warranty that i paid for, that wasnt applied properly. I was a big believer in ceramic pro when it first came out, anti scratch, anti abrasion, anti scuff? Sure why not! I wanted to protect my brand new black jeep that i bought at the time, and protect my investment. At the time when the CPG was installed, they had 20 cars they were working on, and my jeep took 2 weeks in the shop to CPG applied. For $2000-2400 and for a product that doesnt do what it promises is a waste of money in my books. Maybe they were too busy to apply it correctly. Reason why i say this. There are multiple scuffs, scratches, on the jeep, from wear and tear, some just on Ceramic pro coating (which wont come off) and some possibly in clear coat. Ive asked the buffalo shop to get in touch with me regarding reconciling and getting this fixed or giving me my money back, and I have yet to feel important enough to get one simple phone call back. Until this situation is resolved, and im happy with the product and the warranty which is what i paid for, this review wont move. read more

(Remove badges & A wash) they are not capable of even doing this simple of a job, they scratched my cars paint PRETTY DEEP while removing the emblems! And from them using a brush on my wheels, they scratched 3 out of 4 wheels, 1 of them has a DEEP scratch on it. I wouldn't trust them with anything of mine ever again!! Darrel did a great job on my car. His customer service was excellent from the second I walked in the door. He explained everything and all my options. I could tell he really took pride in his work after he explained how he turned the air condition on and off and dog hair kept coming out so he kept vacuuming! Once he showed me the finished product I was so happy and surprised at the amount of dog hair he was able to get out of the vehicle! No one was at the front desk or anywhere in the lobby. I mean it was dead as a doornail. We saw the girl that we assumed normally services the front desk in the garage watching the only attendant present. I tapped on the glass to get someone's attention and the girl finally came out asking how we were. "Great, how are you?" She asked how she could help us. I told her I was interested in the Lusso Signature Wash for my beloved Camaro SS. She follows that by asking if we can come back tomorrow (Friday) or Saturday. The interior of my Scion XB hasn't been cleaned for at least 3 years and it literally looks BRAND NEW. Both cars are "showroom" ready. The value is phenomenal and both Stephanie and Alex are extremely detailed in their work - they are both very kind and have ZERO ATTITUDE if you ask them to touch up anything they may have missed.
