I had an appointment March 28 that was obviously cancelled due to the virus. As soon as they opened back up I sent her a message letting her know I wanted to book an appointment. I know we can sometimes all go in wanting our hair to look like a picture we bring in. I brought in my own (sealed) colour, Sterling from Arctic Fox. I have used them for years. My previous stylist had stopped doing hair, so I came here and saw Ria. She said she had no problem using my colour. Cool! My hair was supposed to be sterling with purple tips. Ya no, that did not happen. I had maybe 3 streaks of purple, and that was it. All the pictures of my hair are shown below. Ya my face was put on the haircut I wanted to see if it looked ok. I got there at 2:15 and left after 7pm. My hair easily lifts to a 9 with 20 volume, and I have no clue why I was put through all of the crazy steps. Even when my hair has gone straight from bleach to colour, I have never had it feel so choppy and crunchy. Also, it is not even in the ballpark of what the haircut was supposed to look like. I called the owner, who was nice. She called Ria, who then called me and offered to fix it. There is no way on earth I would ever let this woman touch my hair again. Just a warning: think before you book.
