I've been getting my hair done by Kelly for a while now and I refuse to go anywhere else or let ANYONE else touch my hair. I only trust her. Not only is she amazing at doing hair but she also has great conversations which helps pass the time. Now to my hair.... I wanted to go platinum blonde.... PLATINUM... and I have dark brown hair and had damage from previous coloring. It's very very hard to do that but she did it and damn it looks good. She managed to bleach the F*** out of my hair and made it feel healthier then it ever has before. I don't know how but she's magic (she also uses top quality products) And in one try she got my hair whiteeeee. Haven't had this bad of hair cut or salon experience in decades! 1/31/19 was my last cut here and I hesitated a long time to make this review as I hoped my hair would grow out decently from the last horrendous haircut I got from Kelly. Also, because I know she could've given me a proper cut (my 2nd time here) had she been actually focusing on my hair rather than being distracted by her employees pestering her with inventory questions. At one point, I asked her if I should just come back later when she was prepared to actually do the job of cutting instead of managing employees. She blew off my remark but continued to be distracted by their inventory confusion. I left there, having overtipped her, and went into Kohls where I saw myself in a dressing room mirror and about had a heart attack. I looked like a freaking clown! I called her to tell her she needed to fix my hair and she responded with annoyance like it was an inconvenience but agreed to "fit me in" if I came right back, which of course I did. It was that bad! After waiting a while she proceeded to twist bunches of hair hacking into every one further layering the crap out of it when I expressly told her before that my naturally curly CANNOT be layered or it sticks out all over. She claimed she just followed the line from her last cut that we spent much time on & discussing because I was new and nobody else was there. That time she did a beautiful job and my new hairstyle was just above my shoulders. But this time she didn't bother to talk to me about it at all and became too busy paying more attention to her employees inventory problems that to the haircut she was doing. The stuff of haircut nightmares! Not once did I get an apology, just more excuses how she's not used to doing curly hair! That was a familiar remark since the first time I came in she didn't have any styling products suitable for my hair. BTW, it's not kinky, black hair. It's just avg wavy white girl hair. Not that unusual. A refund or next free haircut would've been the professional thing to do. Instead, Kelly acted like she was doing me a favor by "fixing" the embarrassing haircut even though I left there with my beautiful natually curly hair hacked up to my ears now and the cut was still so horrible that 4 months later it's finally grown enough to venture another hairdresser but I'm scared to. I've been walking around with my hair behind a headband or under a hat now for 4 months! Grrrr. read more

I love this place and Kelly! I discovered her by seeing, not one, but 2 of her clients with incredible hair styles and color, asked who did it, and made an appointment! I'm hooked. I make the trip from Las Vegas every 6 weeks religiously. Her pricing is very fair, literally half of what we pay in Vegas. My hair is healthier and longer than I can remember it ever being... My husband is thrilled and says don't ever change stylists! She is not all salesy like some salons and stylists. She will make suggestions, but not pushy. I really feel she appreciates my business! PROS: Great location on Hwy 95. Plenty of parking. Clean facility. Denise is a new graduate from cosmetology school, but was pleasant as can be. She washed, combed, and trimmed my hair, getting it all to one length in back, and framing my face in the front. She also blow dried, curled, and hair sprayed my hair so it would look good all day & night. The price of $20 cannot be beat. CONS: No glass of water was offered. Stylist's brush got stuck on my towel and in my hair, and her blow dryer handle also caught some of my hair. Ouch! read more

I just moved to AZ from California and I've been looking for someone to do my nails. A coworker got her nails done and they looked decent. I came and was hoping that they would come out the same. I came here on Thursday June 4th my appointment was at 12:00. She didn't finish them until 1:30. Which usually doesn't bother me especially if they look nice. As she is doing my nails I started to notice little things here and there and didn't say anything because they had yet to be filed. After it was all said and done they looked terrible I should have said something but I didn't. I was just going to chalk it up to a loss. Then today one of the nails popped off. The nails are crooked and bumpy and looked as if I need a fill after two weeks. I asked her to make them square and she rounded the edges and told me after I know you asked for square but I rounded them. If I had wanted rounded edges I would have asked for them. I have an acrylic and gel kit at home and decided I would rather pay someone because of the technique and time it's worth it to me. This set looks as if I had done them myself and not someone who is licensed and went to school for it. Definitely do not recommend getting your nails done here!! read more
