A really nice sales associate checked with the manager and told us it was on promotion, so he had us bring the item up front to purchase it. When we got to the register, it would not ring up at the promotional price. The manager then came over and immediately started insisting the price was wrong and aggressively trying to prove it to us. After going back and forth, he finally said their system was wrong and claimed this was a model they never carry. The whole interaction was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. He refused to honor the price that was listed online, even though the store staff told us it was on promotion. We can literally still buy it online for the price that brought us into the store in the first place. Way to lose a customer for no reason. If your prices are wrong online, as your own staff said, and your team does not know what is on promotion, that is a management issue, not a customer issue. The sales associate was helpful, but the manager's attitude completely ruined the experience. Rude.

Not only did he help me get it all loaded up he enlisted another employee to help and they got it done fast. Once we were outside, I realized I purchased the wrong size cinderblocks so they sent me back inside to make the exchange. While I did that Pedro loaded up the proper cinderblocks onto the cart for me, and then met me outside in the voting and unloading lanes where my truck was parked. He helped me load those into my truck as well! Before this, I was being helped by one of your other customers. I thought it was very smart of Pedro to realize that another customer was helping me and that he should step in and get the job done, which he did! That is management material, right there! Very bad customer service! Home Depot sent us a table that was already damaged and now HD is saying…read morethat we cannot return it. Now we have to go through this whole ordeal of disputing this! Also canceled a different order that we did not receive, and homecdepot still charged me for it and have not credited me back for it. Had to call several times, speaking to several different people, said it will take 60-90 days to review . This is ridiculous ! . I'm calling Better Business Bureau on this company. It has been such a headache. Home Depot you need to check your products before you send them out damaged & defected! This has also happened in the past with cabinets we ordered, were sent to the HD store .HD store employees opened the cabinet boxes at the store and they were all damaged. Had to be reordered 3 different times because they kept coming to the store damaged !We have been long time customers of Home Depot Not anymore! Very disappointed in your company!. We are going to close our Home Depot credit card. We never want to give you business ever again! It makes me put 1 star otherwise I would not give any stars.Wow I just noticed all the other one star reviews from other customers. Obviously HD does not care about their customers.
