    I stopped in to purchase a new washer machine and was greeted by Jacqueline in appliance. She helped with selecting a machine in our price point and made the purchase quick and pain-free. Thank you

    I recently had carpet installed at Home Depot, LaQuinta. The carpet leaves footprints/shading in all 5 rooms where carpet was installed! Everyone who has seen them are horrified at what they see!! The footprints/shading look like irregular dark oily large spots and they never go away!! When I vacuum, these "spots" come right back!! I contacted the Floor Manager and the Store Manager and asked them to come to my home. I sent them a video of what the carpet liked.....Both of these women have "ghosted" me because after they contacted the manufacturer, who told them there was nothing wrong with the carpet, they refused to help me in anyway!! More to this "nightmare" but that would take hours to explain all that has transpired from the time I bought the carpet to my present situation!! Shame on Home Depot, La Quinta, for their terrible "Customer Service!!!" I thought Home Depot would stand behind their product and, at least, see what the customer is unhappy about!! WRONG!!! As a retired elementary school teacher, living solely on my teacher's retirement, $11, 900 is a lot of money to have spent for NOTHING!! I will never shop at any Home Depot store again!!

    Not super happy with the way our slider screen door came out. We had to order a custom screen slider due to the size of our screen door not being a standard size. We specifically ordered a slider that fits on the inside of the glass window, due to living in the desert and wanting to keep dust at a minimum. Anyway after our order arrives the felt is on the wrong side. We called up to ask for a replacement and we're told that they have felt to come in and put it on the other side ourselves because they don't make sliders screens that go on the inside. So we had to rip off the felt on one side and stick it to another side. Upon ordering we were specific about this detail and were never told this is what would happen. Also see picture of corner of slider, it doesn't look right. Totally looks like it will fall apart in no time at all. Anyway if you have to order a custom screen door I'd consider other options. We were told you can't return custom item, even though we didn't get what we asked and paid for ( over $300)

    Ryobi product exclusive to Home Depot and Home Depot does not have replacement items. You have to go online. Stupid.

    From the first contact, their response and follow-up was exceptional. Pricing was upfront and did…read morenot deviate from the original estimate, even though another part was required. Had one misunderstanding about a return visit, but soon as I called, it was clarified and on each of his visits, Gary arrived within the anticipated time frame, and always texted to let us know he was on his way. The appliance he repaired has apparently reached its anticipated 'life cycle' but, for now, Gary and Quick n Easy gave us some breathing room before it will be necessary to completely replace it. BTW, I was totally unaware of this Yelp service until I started googling "appliance repair near me"! And when you don't know where to even start shopping for services like this, it saved me a lot of time and 'cold calling'! So thank you, Yelp, and thank you Quick n Easy for being here!

    Serge from Quick N easy came out 1/13 to look at our broken Kitchenaid ice maker in our winter…read morerental in Rancho Mirage. My husband just had knee surgery, and the freezer in this rental isn't working either, so we needed the ice maker fixed pronto. Serge knew what the issue was and ordered the parts after our landlord approved the repair. Parts and Serge arrived 1/19 and ice maker was fixed! Very pleased with efficiency, politeness and speed. His English isn't 100% by his own admission, but I had no trouble understanding, and the company responds quickly via YELP or by phone. Recommended for fast fix in a pinch! Had one of the lower diagnostic service call visits in the area, applied to the total repair.

    These jokers delivered a stacked washer/dryer, that, in my opinion, was way overpriced. I had…read moreinstalled a brand new 240v receptacle in a single-family home and the homeowners were delighted with the space-saving design of this stackable unit. The upper (dryer) section, failed to turn on upon delivery. I went and double-checked and tested the 240v outlet after their 'installation specialist' said the outlet wasn't wired properly. He's a momma's-boy delivery slave, and I'm an electrician. ANYWAY, they argued the point but agreed to take the unit back to their shop and 'look it over.' The homeowners never heard back from them after two months of leaving messages and voice mails. I took the homeowners to Lowe's, and we bought a brand new stackable unit - and guess what? When we plugged it in to my supposedly 'defective outlet,' everything WORKED! I waited over a year to post this review in hopes JC Appliance would reach out and try somehow to make this right. They still have the machine to this day, and my homeowners never got their money back. Where I come from, this is known as LARCENY. Shame on you JC! Your other reviews reflect your incompetence and dishonesty.

    ****DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY****…read more I have waited almost four weeks to post this review so I could give JC Appliance and Repair a chance to rectify the situation. Unfortunately they did not. I own a small property management company and am a full time resident of the City of Indio. I had this company replace our broken double oven with one of their $1350 certified models three days prior to Thanksgiving since they say they tested their product and it worked. the following day it showed an error message so (DAVID, great guy so far) said to reset the breaker which we did. Unfortunately, nothing. Our guest were unable to make their thanksgiving dinner at the home and I requested JC appliances remove their default product since we had to pay our guest $1000 refund for the inconvenience. Now, JC appliance owner (Female, UNK name) refuses to give us our money since their invoice states no refunds (Which I did not sign as requested on the invoice and makes the contract void). regardless it has been almost 4 weeks the company will not respond to me, has not mailed me anything other then a short answer of you get store credit. The female owner also had the gall to tell me that i took a gamble buying one of their products since its a 50/50 chance since its used 8D.. wow! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM UNLESS ITS BRAND NEW. Now we have to go to small claims. Sad for a local small business who can not help other local small businesses and have to scam people.
