What's worse is that when I first brought the items back to show them the problem, the owner John wasn't there. So I was instructed to call back in the morning. When I did, rather than apologizing for the confusion--especially since they couldn't even find record of my alteration at all--John proceeded to tell me there is nothing they can do and argue whether there was any issue at all. The whole situation is unacceptable. I will absolutely not be going back here and warn anyone from going here. Your clothes will be ruined and you'll be treated like garbage. Buyer beware!
