We're not sure one of the dresses was even retouched. The pair of pants were also done incorrectly. The owner only offered a 20% discount, we weren't willing to try for a 3rd time. Now we have to find someone else to fix the problems. Take your alterations business somewhere else. I don't mind paying good money but this was a complete ripoff.

The first time this happened, they lost a shirt of mine and had to replace it. Honestly, ever since then, they've never had that issue with me. I've been taking all my stuff to them, and they've been really good. The owner really knows me, but now, being the second time, I don't think I'll ever go back. I don't recommend this place, especially since they lost a suit item that was a lot of money that our employees have to wear on May 23rd. Now, I have to try to fix the situation and see what I can do. Buying and paying out of my pocket and paying for that is not good.
