I have had facials all over the country and love to pamper myself. I was referred to Heidi through a friend and thought I would try her out. Prices are really great and service is wonderful! Facial is suppose to be an hour but she isn't a "clock watcher" and actually spend about an hour and a half on each customer. My skin was beautiful and her massage to have hands and feet were amazing! She has specials of $65 that includes microdermabrasion and facial if you book at least one a month and sched ahead of time. When I first came to Robin several years ago, I was what I call a white-knuckler. I'd had so many bad experiences that I gripped the chair arms every time I went to a stylist. But Robin understood, made exact changes to my hair at the pace I requested, and now I trust her completely. She always does a great cut that allows my very thick hair to move. She's truly the ONLY stylist who has been able to figure that piece out. And if I find after a few days of living with it that it needs a slight adjustment, it's no problem to call her and come back in for 10 mins. I've told her she's an artist because I've had women photograph my hair to show their stylist what they want. This month when I went to get my hair done, it was the day before I was going to an internationally attended conference at an LA hotel. In the first 24 hours I had three compliments on my hair. One woman stopped to say she wanted the same cut. Another woman complimented my color, then added that she used to be in the industry and "whoever is doing it is doing a great job!" I went to Nicole for eyelash extensions that I had purchased on a deal from living social. I had a morning appt. and when I walked in the ladies were very prompt, courteous and professional in helping me right away. I went there expecting to get individual lashes, however, before she began to work she did advise me that she only had the individual flare clusters of eyelashes available. She was courteous to suggest any other services in replacement if I was no longer interested, but I got it done anyway. The room and bed was very comfortable and she was really gentle. I did advise Nicole initially that my eyes were sensitive so I kept my eyes closed the entire time and didn't feel a thing. The end result turned out looking good. I think the individual flare cluster eyelashes look good for the first couple days but they just don't last as long and look as natural over time as the individual synthetic or mink lashes. read more

This review is for Brittni and the salon itself I was in desperate need of a color correction and they were able to book me for the same day! Went in for a color correction a bad balayage into a rich chocolate shiny brown solid hair color. Brittni was very nice, professional, and just easy to talk to. I didn't feel awkward considering it was our first time meeting each other. After coloring my hair we went to rinse on these soft curved chairs that are so comfortable and never seen in any salon before! She washed my hair and even massaged me a bit which was very nice I'd never experienced that before which was a plus! Also she blow dried my hair, then curled it with some awesome Matrix hairspray.
