Let me start off by saying the manager needs to trained her cashier which I will post a picture of her, because she didn't have a name tag so I couldn't get her name, but let me start of by saying that she needs to be taught how to be more friendly with less of an attitude and more attentive to the rest of the customers when she has like 10 of them waiting to get checked out. The reason for the one star is because this cashier who had a big line waiting t get checked out, she was talking to the guest she had checking out talking about her DAM EYEBROWS( like HELLO!!! STOP talking about your dam eyebrows and check that customer out!!!). So when I walked up to the register I get a little attitude from her and she can't even apologize for having the rest of the customers wait(remember at first it was only my self and two more waiting, but as she talked more about her eyebrows and paying less attention to the transaction, the line got longer) Let me just say this, if she would of apologize to me for the 20 minute wait in line, i wouldn't be doing this review, so next time you have a long line just simple acknowledge the rest of the customers with saying ( sorry for the wait guys but i will be right with you) it's SIMPLE as that, or just don't work the register if you can't be FRIENDLY!!! read more

Worst location I have ever been to. I am never greeted or asked for help by any employees. Last trip, I walked around the store 3 times looking for an employee before finally walking up to the cashier and asking for help finding someone for sizing as the dressing room and floor was unattended. She called someone and they came out from a back room. I'm not sure if they were short staffed but this is an issue every time I've gone which admittedly is not often since the experience is always so lacking. As others have mentioned I would rather go past this location to a different one to have the actual Victoria's Secret experience than go in knowing I will be ignored and that I will be treated like helping me is a burden. I live less than a mile from this location so that say A LOT! The fitting went well but I had more issues at checkout utilizing my rewards. The manager was extremely dismissive and didn't even come over to help just yelled over her shoulder that she couldn't do anything and retreated back into the back room without even looking at me. I've been an Angel Forever Carr holder for over 5 years so I shop VS a lot since that's the highest level of their reward program. I just got in my birthday reward and I am not happy that my options are to either go to the nearest store for an awful experience or drive all the way across town. This is ridiculous. read more

This location is amazing. Because I work on this side of town, and live in Central Phoenix- I pretty much have to drive super East or super West to get to a Victoria's Secret. This location is large, and always has lots of cute chicks working to help you along the way. I had forgotten about the semi-annual sale and was pleasantly surprised that even though I went after the prime sale time, this location still had quite a few goodies for me (I spent over $100 so clearly finding stuff wasn't an issue). I've only ever had one obnoxious customer service issue, but other than that, the girls are always super helpful and kind. If you're in the area, stop on in- this mall is notorious for it's little kiosk people being aggressive so just politely say "no thank you" and head to the pink monstrosity. read more

The worst VS I have ever visited! I browsed for about 15 minutes before one of the four employees greeted me on a slow weeknight. They were pretty busy talking and joking around with each other despite the entire store being in disarray - the panties and bras throughout were messy, unfolded and in all different size drawers. read more

The store at Chandler Square in Tempe, AZ is horrible!! There is no sale selection, no workers around to help the customers. Nothing exciting to purchase. I will be shopping at a different mall. Like at Scottsdale Fashion Square or at Arrowhead in Glendale. I am done with Chandler! read more

This Victoria Secret is the first one that looks very unorganized, I trust the fact that maybe some employees are trying in making it look better and give better customer service but it starts first with their manager and how that manager manages them all together. This whole store is very unorganized where things are on the floor, there is not a lot of things to look at that are interesting because it is simply a disaster. I come in here thinking it'll be organized so I can at least look at everything without having to dig into things but it is just not like that. I compare this one to Arizona mills and this one is worse. The employees also always look mad like they don't want to be there, if you don't want to work here why not just leave? Give a two week notice. You get paid to WORK not to stand around and give people an ugly face. This place needs a better management system or just new employees but like I said a manager should take charge because the current one looks like they don't take charge at all. read more

As much as I despise shopping at Desert Sky Mall, I have enjoyed my visits to Victoria's Secret & Pink (which are located side by side with no divider between the stores) very much so. The employees are generally nice and it is very clean, much cleaner than some other locations I've been too.... For gifts of course. read more

Yesterday 7/12/19 I went in for the bra special Pink had, I was helped out by "Esme" who is honestly amazing !!! For over 3 years I'd been thinking I was 38B in bra size and Esme proved me so wrong lol she went ahead and took my measurements, helped me pick out my bras and honestly I am so thank for her helping find my right bra size apparently I'm 38D not B. Definitely giving her a 5 star plus super nice and sweet! Definitely will keep coming to this Pink location ! I drive 10 miles and enjoyed her service ! Thank you Esme read more

This store is a great place to look for pink clothing or lingerie, the staff kinda follow you around and it gets kinda weird after a while but other than that I enjoy coming over here for my sexy clothes and PJ's. its worth it to get a credit card if you frequently shop here because you get lots of coupons and emails for exclusive private shopping events. read more

Absolutely Love this place!!!! Their bras are great they dont have the pointed mountain top look to them they fit great and feel great on!!! I love the clothing line also pink side and victoria secret side their clothes are also comfortable. Same goes for their perfume, lotions, etc. love this store!!! read more
