Where do I even start with this location?! It's a mess from when you first walk in. In every…read moresection there's items on the floor making it hard to maneuver with a cart. The aisles are so small and crowded making it hard to navigate and impossible if there's another cart or person in the aisle. There are some great finds but it's rare or hard to find. Many of the merchandise is scattered throughout the store in random areas. Some of the staff are friendly while others won't even say a word to you. The line is also long and they have 1-2 cashiers. I don't think I'll come back to this location.

(Only time they were worn was when I tried them on at the store) I walked up to an employee to explain my situation & let her know that when I bought the boots, the lady never gave me a receipt. I was told I can probably get store credit or exchange them for a different pair of shoes. Anyway, I stood there for a good 15 min before for someone finally came back & took my boots. They examined them & told me they were NOT exchangeable nor was able to get store credit because they were "used" & had a LITTLE dirt on the bottom of the shoe. Which obviously it's going to have because I had to try them on to see if they fit me? I asked to speak to a manager & it turned out to be the same lady who rang me up for the boots. They were NOT torn, ripped, scratched, nor damaged, so I was very confused as to why i was unable to get the service I came for. I think her name was YANELIor something like that. (Hispanic lady) I'm very disappointed I could not get my money back & all the girls weren't very helpful, except one in particular who remained professional the whole time, but I forgot to ask what her name was. But Just a heads up for any newbies shopping at this location. It was my first time at BBB Fashion, but sadly had a Poor experience.
