He gave me a price and had it completed that day with a test of the entire propane system. I was very impressed but where Chad showed his true professionalism was a few days later. Chad was recommended by our son, who had used him for a trailer repair. We had a "phantom" electrical draw on our batteries, so they did not stay completely charged even when the trailer was plugged into "shore" power. Richard's in Lancaster, where we bought the trailer, indicated that it was most likely our new batteries. They seemed uninterested in considering any other possibility. My husband's testing and logic indicated that was not the case. Chad tested everything, starting with the batteries, explaining everything as he went along. I had taken a Friday off to leave for the desert but my trailer lights had stopped working and was driving me crazy troubleshooting it! Chad, is the best! Brought my trailer in with a roof leak, toilet leak and the fresh water tank had gotten loose. Plus the tires on one side where rotted out.
