Do not come here if you want to wait for hours. They are unprofessional and are unorganized. And the waiting area is so dirty and kids play there.

Mo, dental assistant, is amazing! Kind & patient, making kids' appointments a breeze. Huge asset to the practice!

They are great when you are their but I was in a meeting at work when they called to confirm and I couldn't answer. I literally confirmed over txt message yesterday. I called back at 1:20pm and they called me at 11am and they had already canceled my 2 appointments and gave it to someone else. They would not work with me and they said they couldn't so anything. This is very unprofessional. Never bringing my kids here ever again or recommending it to anyone that has kiddios.

That the top gum and it's still hurting

We have been going to Palm Valley pediatric dentist for about two years now and she now loves the dentist! They are extremely patient with her and explain everything they are doing. They also make the experience super fun for kids. There's a playroom in the waiting area. Kids can also watch movies while they wait for play computer games. Once you are called in there are adorable dinosaurs chairs and they get to watch Netflix as they are getting their work done. All of the doctors have been wonderful and explain everything they are doing step by step. This dentist is very recommended. My three littles are happy customers and so am I.

My husband felt uneasy and wanted to get a 2nd opinion so we did. And she had absolutely no cavities. This place told us, between 3 months, in no uncertain terms, that she had 6. I can't believe they are telling parents lies so they can get more money. And the kids!! How many kids are going under unnecessarily because they want to make more money?!! Don't go here. Bring an iPad to a normal dental clinic. Their TV's and dinosaur chairs are NOT worth what they are putting kids and parents through to get more money.

I'm sharing this experience because communication and consistency really matter when it comes to…read moreour kids' healthcare. We brought our daughter in for a routine visit, and overall, she had no major issues no cavities, no need for deep cleaning, just a standard cleaning and a conversation about improving brushing habits. Based on that visit, there were no other serious concerns about her oral health. Dr. Kerr also referred her to orthodontics, which we followed up on. As part of that process, the orthodontist requested a simple form from the dentist confirming her overall oral health. This is where things became confusing and frustrating. On that form, Dr. Kerr indicated that she does not have good oral health which directly conflicted with what we were told during her visit and the level of care she actually needed (a basic cleaning only). I reached out politely via email asking for clarification on how he defines "good oral health," especially since his evaluation didn't match the condition of her teeth or the feedback we received in person. I never received a response. As a parent, that lack of follow-up is concerning. We rely on our providers to be clear, consistent, and willing to communicate , especially when their assessment can impact referrals or treatment decisions. I'm not saying this office doesn't provide basic care, but I do believe parents should be aware that communication and clarity may be lacking.

I am extremely disappointed and angry about what happened during our recent visit with Dr. Kerr. We…read morehave come to this office several times, and at first he seemed welcoming but this visit showed his true colors. My daughter was scared and crying, and instead of being patient or comforting, Dr. Kerr rushed her, scolded her for being "too loud," and actually kicked me out of the room because she was still crying. I could hear him raising his voice at her all the way from the lobby. No child should ever be treated like that by a professional, especially a pediatric dentist. It was completely unacceptable and painful to watch as a parent. I don't know if he was trying to rush through the appointment or just didn't want to work that day, but there is absolutely no excuse for speaking to a child like that. On top of that, the office is in terrible condition damaged walls, dirty, and clearly not well cared for. The environment matches the attitude. I will never bring my daughter back here, and I strongly warn other parents to think twice before trusting this dentist with their children.

You can go look on the AZ State Board of Dental Examiners site and look up the license of one of…read morethe dentists here- Phillip Cooke- and see the board actions taken against him. Pretty shocking that a pediatric dentist would allow someone to practice who has multiple complaints- including giving too much medication- DOUBLE the medication. Findings of fact say he worked on teeth virgin teeth with no evidence of decay and some ended up needing root canals, he also left open margins on crowns, and patients had nerve damage. 0 STAR REVIEW - PLACE IS FILTHY AND UNSANITARY…read more I have been going to this place for about 3-4 years. Back when Dr. Raya was here.. honestly the only reason why I stayed. But she left, and I thought I would give them a chance. Boy, was I wrong! I should have left immediately First off, the stench when you first walk in. Unbearable. Smells like bathroom #2. I even asked the front receptionist if they had a water leak. They looked at me dumbfounded. I was in shock to realize that no one else could smell it! Horrible The waiting area is always dirty. Full of crumbs, you can tell they never wipe it down or vacuum. They removed the seating from the middle office, yet they don't allow you to go with your children to the back... so you either awkwardly stand in the middle waiting area, or sit out in the lobby. The seats where the patient sits is peeling and dirty. For the money we pay, these seats should have been replaced or reupholstered. The bathroom -- don't even get me started on it.
