I pleaded with her since we had driven there could she honor it and she refused 3 times, explaining that it was not valid. I had to tell the residents and they vowed to never go there again. What a disappointment and a sad, bad way to lose customers. Senior citizen at that. Whoever that manager was, hopefully she'll get old one day and expereince something similar. Yes, it was busy, but it only took about 10 minutes to get a table. The first thing I noticed was the restaurant is way too loud. Too many people talking at the top of their lungs. Took about 10 minutes to finally be able to place our order. I was surprised that there is no salsa available. The waitress was nice and actually cut up some ingredients to make some pico de gallo for me. Then it took about 15 minutes to get our food. Immediately we noticed our food was barely warm. Was our food just sitting out waiting for the waitress? If so, why is the food not put under heat lamps? I like my food hot. We will not ever return food back because we know too many people that work in the restaurant industry that warned us that you never send your food back. So we won't be going back as it seems this restaurant has not improved at all since 2018.

Took a while to get my beer, and my water glass was empty a very long time until I asked our server to fill it and for another green sauce. That never came until I reminded him when he brought our tab. He didn't check on us at all during our meal, but hung out in the bar area. That's right, he was new. Hope he improves because most guests won't dig his style of service.
