Buying a pair of stunning (2 ct total weight) diamond stud earrings here was a pleasure. I bought them for myself to celebrate a significant event in my life. Mike and Christine both helped me. Words can't express the amount of appreciation and respect that I have towards Desert Wholesale Diamond. These guys are nothing less than top notch especially when it comes to customer service and customer satisfaction. I went in to meet with Derak and I must admit I was scared to death because I was fully aware that I didn't have a clue as to what I was getting myself into. All I had going for me was a picture of this random ring I found online that I printed out and told Derak "maybe something like this". Right off the bat Derak started showing me similar setups and designs and once we both had a better understanding of what I wanted he asked about my likes and dislikes in rings, if there was something I the ring without a doubt had to have and the opposite if there was something that was an absolute no go with this ring and he took notes of those making sure he wouldn't waste either of our time showing me things I wasn't interested in (which doesn't happen everyday when trying to purchase anything let alone an engagement ring). Derak is very knowledgeable, understanding and patient he made time to give me a brief lesson on diamond grading, rating, quality and certification to make sure I was comfortable selecting a diamond and to make sure all my questions I had got answered and any concerns of mine would all get resolved. Derak then presented to me a couple of center stones to examine and consider and although they were very beautiful and pretty similar to the exact one I was looking for, I still wanted something else and that's when he presented the WOW factor. Simply put it was perfect and without any hesitation I said, "lets do this." I live two hours away so being that I couldn't just stop by and check in for my own peace of mind, communication throughout the whole process was a must and I expressed my concern to him . He assured me that nothing in the design process would go without me knowing and approving of it for the simple fact that if something didn't look right to me I wanted to be able to catch it in time so that the proper alterations could be made to avoid having a custom ring that I would be unsatisfied with. He made all the appropriate calls and even emailed cad images of the ring as it progressed making sure I was happy with the progress. I simply couldn't believe how beautiful the ring looked when it was all finished. Without a doubt Derak exceeded my expectations ten fold and I will always be thankful and appreciative of him. I bought the ring in December of 2017 and still to this day Derak checks in regularly to see how we are doing.
