He wasn't exaggerating. I ordered the fried momos, butter chicken, garlic naan, and got the medium spice level. Every single bite was incredible. I honestly don't even know how to describe the flavors because I've never tasted anything like it. The butter chicken was unbelievably rich and flavorful, the momos were amazing, and the garlic naan was so good I immediately wished I had ordered more. I even found myself thinking the medium spice level was perfect because it let all of the flavors shine instead of just focusing on heat. I probably could've handled more spice, but I honestly wouldn't change a thing. My only complaint is that I got full before I wanted to stop eating. I was genuinely upset that my stomach tapped out before I did.
