Stephen came out and did a great job with recommendations and providing some ideas on best shades for some of the windows. Took no more than 3-4 weeks before Goldy called and said my shades were in and they were looking for an appt to install. Their estimate, based on my measurements and bamboo choice from their books, was more than $1000 less than my decorator. Joanne and a colleague were able to visit quickly and were thorough and helpful once they saw my project area. Their bamboo blind and drapery samples were varied and we were able to match my color scheme 100% with a sample that was exactly my expected look. The installer agreed to visit and install the first shipment - my triple slider - even though my order was split.
