Then, when you go to their own site to give them a small piece of your mind, they don't have any contact forms but force you to email them. I would imagine emailing them would get you on their mailing list, which I don't want to be on! So, I tried Facebook or Twitter. Oh yes, they do have a FB page but even if you 'Like' it... you can't comment on it! Again, fabulous marketing there! Can you tell I'm irritated? Marketing fail!

I thought the lady was very kind and encouraging. All of the kids warmed up to her and took part with the bubbles. I was happy to see some adults getting in on the fun as well. And even some parents teaming up with the kids to try to make the biggest bubble possible. It was a ton of fun all around. At the end, everything was cleaned up and taken away. They say they tried hard and made me feel bad saying they tried it on multiple machines and still the quality was poor. At that point they should have called me but they did not. She claimed it was 1 in 1000 that had this issue. I did the research and pointed out a possible fix; they sent my VHS tape over to their Torrance store and the result was noticeably much better. In the meantime, I missed my deadline and the poor version was not acceptable for the event we were planning to show it at. So I WOULD recommend this business but ONLY the Torrance store with the better equipped deck. I was made to feel bad for insisting on better quality- this was not a good feeling so I do not think I would use them again. (I imagine they are not going to cry about losing me as a customer) In the end, they gave me the fat file so we could do professional corrections on the file so I can still recommend them but they did say up front at the end, that they don't do this usually. And they did NOT charge me extra.

I went to this UPS Store again against my better judgment after having several disappointing…read moreexperiences in the past. Even my neighbor refuses to use this location anymore. Since I was already nearby getting food next door, I decided to give them another chance, but unfortunately, I had another frustrating experience. I brought in an Amazon return exactly the way it had originally been shipped to me -- in a sturdy, secure box with a latch. The employee told me I needed to "box it up." I explained that this was the original packaging it came in. She then changed her explanation and said it needed to be taped because of "Amazon's policies," despite the fact that I was returning it in the exact same condition it was delivered. The employee offered to tape the package, but wanted to charge me $2 just for a small amount of tape. What made the situation more frustrating was that I took the exact same package to another UPS Store afterward, and they accepted it immediately without any issues. This location consistently feels like it creates its own rules and tries to charge customers for every minor thing possible. Customer service return procedures should be more consistent between UPS Store locations, especially for simple returns. I have returned many Amazon packages in the past through different UPS Stores, Whole Foods, Amazon Fresh, Kohl's, and independent mailbox/shipping stores, and none of them had an issue with this type of return. Unfortunately, this experience confirmed why I avoided this location in the first place. Poor customer service, inconsistent policies, and unnecessary charges have made me decide I will not return here again.
