I LOVE this nail salon. Beautiful location, massage chairs, clean tables, etc. these girls seem to know not only about putting nails on their client about also about the care and hygiene behind it. They don't "rip" off your nails when you are getting a new set. They will soak and gently remove, and they recommend a fill before even doing that because they understand that it's not good for nails to go through any kind of trauma so often. First time here. Excellent simple $25 pedicure. Got a fill with Tiff and she did a great job on my nails. I had a missing pinky tip and had some missing acrylic. My last fill the tech iaed was too much monomer, so it was soft. I can't remember what I paid for my fill but I did rebook for two weeks. Right before Christmas and may get the same color again. I called for an appointment and they were able to fit me in within a couple hours. The atmosphere is bright and cheery, and welcoming, not stuffy like most salons. My appointment was with Chi who advised against me removing a set that I had just got a couple weeks ago, super knowledgeable. Chi really took the time to examine and asses my short nail beds, and was able to offer me a fill! I am super pleased how they came out, they primarily work in gel polish, which is good if you work with your hands a lot. Color and product is on point!!!! Chi, Jenny, the girls' mom, and the youngest sister have always treated me lovely and given me exactly what I want! Both done by Chi + Jenny) Every visit I have left happy and satisfied with my purchase and that's HUGE for me Each time I have previously made my appointment so I haven't had any problems having to wait an excessive amount of time to be seated. Their color selection is very well rounded! I'm all about neutral colors and simple tones and they have a really good balance providing that! The only thing is that the girls do not go out of their way to make conversation or make the customers feel instantly warm and welcomed! They say what is necessary and they get the job finished! This is my new favorite place to go. The decor is modern and fresh (grey and citrine). Music videos of pop music on the tv. It feels crisp and clean. Every person I spoke with was personable and friendly. The owner and her family (who work there) were accommodating and nice to chat with. They even helped me make a tight timeline to get back to work. My nails look great and have held up for several weeks (gel polish). They also offer eyelash extensions. My only complaint is that they don't answer the phone often, and don't yet have online reservations. So I had to drive down to the store to get a spot and then come back later. I really like this place. It's small, so you don't feel like a number, and it's quite so you really get to relax. The ladies are so talented. It's definitely a treat to go here. I'd probably go here more often if it were at a different location. I hate battling the traffic at the Roseville Parkway intersection, especially in the evening time when I'd be more likely to make an appointment. Spoke to them on the phone about my gel nail Polish coming off on the tips three days after getting them. They said come in ,but I didn't have a day off work untill a week after getting them. Which they said that would be too late. Unfortunately I couldn't go untill a week and a day after getting them done and by then they had completely came off. They responded to my review but basically said too late oh well. I called and she had alot of aditude and was not willing to work with me or figure something out. So basically if you get your nails done here and they mess up and you aren't able to come right back in its tough luck and your money went down the drain. I will not return and my $55 was a waist of money. I wasn't expecting a full refund or my nails done for free but maby more understanding and be willing to work out a deal for future. I guess they don't care about keeping customers. Also my pedi was pretty mediocre. Polish was streaky not enough coats and they missed spots on the top coat which really showed. This is one of my favorite things to do on my down time. Nails, toes and lashes. And this place delivers every time! Super clean and super nice: The staff is a family of smart women who care about their customers. Tiffany does my nails and I never leave without a smile on my face. I'm a stylist so my nails can't have any snags or jagged edges and they need to last. I go every 3 weeks, although I the set would likely last longer- my nails grow fast so I need to be cut down at 3 weeks. I get hard gel overlay and gel polish. Got manicure and pedicure, the place is clean, not busy, there was only the two of us in there. The pedicure was not that great, no massage, painful scrubbing and super quick. I can put a nail polish on my toes myself, I came in for relaxation and pampering, got none - all that for $25. Manicure- I have natural nails, wanted gel polish. For $30 I got my nails filed, as I already had them at same length I wanted, my right hand nails are now visibly longer than the nails on my left hand (see photo). Maybe 30 sec of hand massage and I was out of the door! 3 stars for cleanliness, and great choice of colors. Not a place to go back to. Sorry. To be done with both "spa" pedicure and a manicure in under 45 minutes - completely dry and shoes back on - not worth it. This was my first time getting my nails done here. I had a super stressful week at work on top of being 5 months pregnant. I got a pedicure and a gel manicure. Loved this salon! Super friendly and quiet. There was some confusion about my appointment, but I was seated right away. My nails came out perfect and I am relaxed and ready to roll into next week if craziness.
