First time here! I had decided to come try here since it's new and my friend had gone here and liked the service she got. I did the express pedicure since I was on a time crunch. I called around 930 am and asked how long of a wait it was, was told about 5 minutes and I was 10 mins out so I said I'm on the way! When I got there, a lot of people getting pedicures so I was expecting to wait but since I called, the last chair was reserved for me as I sat down after checking in. I did the basic polish color since I didn't have a lot of time and wanted to try it out and see how the experience was. Experience was great, the pedicurist did great. He didn't seem rushed. I didn't get his name though. Also came in when Gu Coffee was promoting their 1 year and they had complimentary coffee/matcha. Very nice looking salon, had tv with relaxing music on. I always have a wonderful experience at Lavish nails and spa. The staff is friendly, professional and made me feel comfortable. The clients' choices are respected and the staff deliver the service as per their customers. The salon was very neat, clean and well-maintained. My manicure and pedicure were done with more attention to detail, a lot of pampering and the results never disappoint me. The only negative thing is that despite of the appointments made, there is always at least a wait time window of 15-20 minutes. If they can't accommodate many people within the time frame, they could adjust their time so every customer can be attended by their scheduled time. Overall, the quality and the service are great, but they should work on their appointment timings. I highly recommend this salon! read more

Went here the day before Mother's Day with a group of four. We were sat separately and our last person wasn't sat until 40 mins AFTER the appointment. So that was pretty disappointing. Then two days after the appointment my 13 year olds big toe nail fell off.. so I'm not sure what they got going on but it's nothing good. We won't be back read more

I can't say enough of Sandy and her talents. I came to lavish nails as I needed a very skilled nail tech who could do precise lettering. Sandy was highly recommended and she did not disappoint. I came in because my dad passed away and I wanted to get nails that honored him (he used to love rating my nails so I knew I needed the ultimate cool nails for him). Sandy was extremely compassionate and took her time to ensure the lettering was perfection--I brought in an inspo pic that she was able to match exactly (see photo here on yelp). People ask me all the time if these were stickers and I was proud to say that Sandy hand painted my nails. She is extremely talented and I truly feel she helped me honor my dad in this way. Called in to schedule a pedicure and they answered the phone immediately. The person I spoke to on the phone was easy to understand, took my phone number and name, and was able to fit me in same day. I came in and was greeted to confirm my check in. I did have to wait a few minutes to be seated, but given that it was Mother's Day, they were understandably very busy. I looked over the menu and settled on the Pamper Me Pedicure ($45 at time of visit, plus $15 for gel). I definitely felt so pampered! Sandy was the one to do my pedicure and she was so sweet and friendly. She checked in with me multiple times to ensure I was comfortable, that I liked the shape of my nails, and made sure I liked the color I chose. She was very detail oriented and worked carefully. The pedicure itself felt very careful and detailed and the massage was perfect. I am so happy to find a salon that finally delivers on an affordable and overall great experience for a pedicure! They don't use that generic multi-pack a lot of other salons use, and the green tea scrub and lotion was such a pleasant and refreshing scent. I appreciated that they had music videos playing on the tv, it was such a chill and fun vibe, I felt like I could easily relax and enjoy watching and listening. Love this newer salon! One of the few places in the area that does builder gel, it's always clean and nice music. Henry does a great job, and I love that I can book online and it lists all the prices out. Super user friendly and convenient, and well priced. The builder gel can last me up to a month and still feels nice and secure. Can't complain! read more

Kept driving across this salon and was excited when it opened up. I had just gotten my nails done when they had their grand opening promotion so i missed out in the goodies The salon is very clean and chic right when you walk in. I made an appointment through their online scheduling and surprised they had a touch screen at the front desk where you check in and confirm your appointment. The staff were warm and welcoming and so cute that they have their own branded uniforms. The decor was simple and not too over the top, the nail color wall was aesthetically pleasing to look at. Sandy was such a doll, she was sweet and kept the conversation going while giving me a classic gel manicure. She even offered water noticing i was coughing a little, but politely declined. I was really wanting and hoping this place was gonna be a good place. I don't know if it was because my friend and I were their last customers but we both came in for a gel mani/pedi and not even a full week, both of our manicures were already peeling. I got a matte top coat that was peeling within 5 days and my girlfriend upgraded to chrome and she said her nails were already peeling within 4!! At least our pedicures were ok. I can't say much about the vibe other than I think they were rushing to go home. We were both on time so I'm not sure why they would be annoyed if they were. We've learned our lesson. read more

I LOVE MY NAILS I had an appointment with another nail tech. I was told the person I scheduled with was sick. I was asked if I would mind going with someone else. I was paired up with Mimi! I'm so happy that Mimi did my nails! I have never had someone do my nails with that amount of care. She did an amazing job. In the past my nails look good but each hand looks a little different. Mimi made all my nails look uniform and PERFECT! The shape (almond) is absolutely perfect, not too thin, not too thick and they all look the same. They are not all varying styles of an almond shape. I've gone twice now and both times left disappointed. I had Ryan the 1st time and he left every nail a different shape. I came back 2 weeks later and asked for anyone but Ryan, thinking the issue was with him. This time Sam did my nails and another woman did my pedicure. My toes are uneven, and my hands lost over 1/8" of length because Sam didn't understand what shape I wanted. Also there's nothing I dislike more than having my nails done in the pedicure chair. They offered no discount because the owner is in Vietnam and no one was authorized to do anything, so their response below is a lie. As you can see the nails are bumpy, the tech didn't even smooth the dip or trim away from cuticles. I went in 2 weeks ago with nails that looked like the last picture, and asked for them to be made into office shaped, I left that day with a mix of coffin, almond and square round. I showed Sam which nail I wanted to match and as you can see, I ended up with sport short. I told Sam multiple times during today's session that I was not happy with what he was doing, but once she had taken so much off my natural nail there was nothing I could do about it. I couldn't even see what was happening with my toes since there was a lap pad blocking my view so that Sam could do my nails. As soon as I saw how bad they looked I told the tech. There was nothing anyone could do to fix anything as the issue was the nails were too short and uneven. Why would I want to make other nails too short to even them up. The whole group is dishonest as per their in salon actions and responses and it's the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. I won't be back. I have left a message for Vanessa the owner to call me back to deal with the issue. read more

I found this nail salon and after seeing the picture, I thought it looked very nice and clean. I loved it! It was nice, peaceful and quiet. I had a gel pedicure and gel manicure done by some young male tech. Honestly, big mistake!! When he was doing my pedicure, he was being extremely rough! Overfilling! I mentioned that it was painful (I've been getting pedicures twice a month for 15 years) and it has never hurt when they file my nails. I left the place, payed and tip and maybe about 3 days after, my gel manicure was already chipping and I noticed that the toenail that he had overfilled was now growing disgusting! Like a pincer toenail! It was lifting like a camping tent! He ruined my nail shape! it's been 2 months since this and I still can't get it back to its original shape. I've been holding back on writing this review because I didn't want to ruin their reviews, but today just looking at it, I became more upset about it all over again! Please train your techs better! I gave 2 stars because yeah it's nice and clean and quiet... but I would rather get a real, well done pedicure over all the "luxurious vibes." read more

I recently have been getting builder gel and I LOVE it. There is so much less drilling involved and it's so much quicker. I recently just got a fill and my nails look and feel great. Most importantly, they aren't thick looking like dip can sometimes be. I love that I can make an appointment online and pick who the appointment is with.
