I'm really disappointed with my experience at this nail spa and unfortunately won't be returning. The prices I was charged did not match the menu, which felt misleading and $38 for a kids pedicure is crazy high. When I asked about it, the explanation wasn't very clear and it still ended up costing more than what was listed. The adult pedicure I received itself was also very underwhelming. The massage was extremely short and felt rushed, and the callus scrub barely seemed to last second. For a service that's supposed to be relaxing and leave your feet feeling refreshed, it completely missed the mark. A $58 adult pedicure should get you at least a decent hoof buff out The vibe was strange employees seem to care less about being there, no energy, no back ground music just a stale hum of a pedi massage chair and awkward silence. Overall, the experience just wasn't worth the money. Between the unexpected pricing and the lackluster service, I left feeling disappointed rather than pampered. overall just a bad experience; i called to see if they did builder gel, to which she very excitedly told me yes; i got there & everything looked good, the problems started with the service itself. she cut off all of my natural nails (which i had been growing, so i could get builder gel on my natural nails) then proceeds to take out the products needed to do my nails & her brushes are dirty. my nails lasted not even a full week, i was charged 60$ & didn't even get them painted or anything. just the builder gels color. read more

My critique is that the employees are constantly trying to up-sell you and don't TELL you that certain services are an up-charge until you check out. I don't mind being asked for partafin wax or detail work like a decor or chrome. However they should tell you that it's an upcharge before doing it. I was asked several times if I wanted shimmer on my nails, which I did not. She said it wasn't glitter and would look really good. She added to one nail and it was a chrome look. Got a mani and a pedi they were super fast. I got a regular pedi and gel mani was out within an hour. My mani looks nice. But.... I asked for a basic pedi $20. When she was doing it, she said I had calluses and asked about working on them ( but she was hard to understand, language ). Besides using oil, I'm not sure what else extra she did. And I was charged for a $40 pedi and no base cost, just polish!! !!! When he removed my old gel, he filed down my nails so much, they are super thin now....it burned because it got hot from the drill. Also, the counters felt sticky/dirty. I went twice-- the first for a full set. mentioned I felt they were too long but really didn't have a major issue other than the pink she chose for me to get the ombre. It was VERY pale and not at all what I requested, but she already started applying and I hate complaining. The second was to remove the nails because I just couldnt get myself to like them. I didn't request a refund or discount or anything, HOWEVER... the girl who removed them is brand new and filed my nails so thinly that every single one has now broken below the skin line and that's with thick gel applied. I came in today to get a chipped broken nail fixed and they looked at me confused I told her I know I have to pay for it not a problem she asked the nail tech if he could do it and he said yes I noticed right away that the tools they had where all full of dust and that they had a little container that they had them stored in I also didn't notice any blue solution that they are supposed to have out on there station and the guy did my fix my nail and made it look good as new and after he filled it another girl came to take over since another customer was waiting the lady came over didn't say anything and got the tool and she continued fixing my nail and she got very close to my skin and At one point I said ouch because she was hitting my skin and she said oh new nail and I thought to my self no you are working to close to my skin I of coarse did not say this and as she was getting ready to file my nails the nail file fell on the floor and I said oh that no good anymore instead of throwing it away which she should have done she continued using it this beyond grossed me out it like are they really that cheap if a nail file falls on the floor they can't get a new one? Horrible horrible nail service. I don't know who I had I have been here before, I had a lady with big glasses and red nails. I got dip nails. Every time she dipped the powder she would dent the nail cause she would accidentally hit it. She would proceed to try and fix it with her finger making it worse. when she bumped and messed up my thumb her and an another employee laughed at how she messed up. They are severely crooked and uneven. I'm super disappointed! She cut my finger really deep with the file making me bleed on one finger and leaving a deep cut on my pinky finger. I went here on a whim after I was shopping in the area, and they took me even though I was a walk-in and were very friendly. But I wanted gel on my real nails due to the work Im in because I can't have fake nails, and I said it multiple times but I ended up with acrylics nails with nail polish on top... The work they did was okay, they didn't fill my nail all the way and some are much longer than others and there's bumps on the edges and tiny tips on the tops. They also didn't file the ends so my nails are slanted. They ended up charging me for a manicure, acrylics, gel polish which I didn't even get, and 5 extra dollars for the shape I asked for. I'm mad. I walked in this salon on a whim. I was pressed for time and desperately needed my underarms waxed. So, I was just thrilled that they were able to take me under such short notice, however... **Warning*** They double-dip. Meaning, at my usual place that I do have my waxes done; they would line up their popsicle sticks for wax application and NEVER use the same one twice. This place did. Underarm no. 1 was the time I realized, but it was too late. Here is where I (finally) desperately searched for one of those licenses they hang on the wall to verify the waxer. And nothing. No credentials. Yes, folks shake your heads because we ain't done yet... Underarm no. 2, she forgot to base with baby powder before applying the wax. I knew this to be a step because she did it with underarm no. 1!! So, now there is a discoloration exactly where the wax was applied. I called it out, but again... it was too late. Wax was applied. Only one way to go now!!! Keep shaking your heads... as this review is a WARNING to YOU fair-consumer to NOT make my mistakes! Now I have another person to add from this place, Kim, that does a great job too. I always ask for Justin to do my designs on my toes. His attention to detail is phenomenal! Made her pay full price and then huffed when she didn't tip, and paid no attention to her pain and discomfort. I love the design as well as the shape. I asked for a much shorter length and as well as a different nail shape than the photo I showed them and they still made it work. I've been going here since the salon opened but have seen service and quality slip exponentially over the past year. When I get a pedicure, I like to have a deluxe experience and I always order a $50 pedicure. It's a treat to myself. This salon has turned into a greedy little shop where they overbook and get you in and out as fast as possible, regardless of if you ordered a deluxe or basic pedicure. The last straw was when I made an appointment and waited 40 minutes with my feet soaking in ice cold water. They never came over to assure me they would get to me. I finally put my shoes on and left.
