They gave us Turkish tea and cookies while Birce talked us through the different options, fabrics, etc. We spent 3 full days shopping at different furniture shops in the city and this was by far one of the best. Because the so far came with such a good deal. The product I bought with has the condition of Like new, So I went through the website to make sure of the condition I expected. I also check out all the policies , including how to return the products and how much they charge for such a process. I booked the delivery date in advance and kaiyo gave me a 4-hour delivery window, which they made it on time. They sent me a notice through SMS 15 mins prior to their arrival as well, so I had enough time to prepare. The items arrived, and the staff brought it up to my apartment (building with elevator). They unwrapped it and were very friendly at any point when I wanted to examine the items. I looked through everything. Even the coffee table I bought with the condition 'gently used' looked like new-ish too. Very very pleased. However, LESS THAN A YEAR LATER, the steel bench is rusting. I contacted customer service and sent photos to which they responded, "It must be moisture, that's why it's rusting." My guests, who are not frequent, put their shoes in the cubbyhole. They certainly do NOT put soaking WET shoes for days in the SAME CUBBYHOLE to make it rust this way. Otherwise, this is where I store my cookbooks. They offered me an outsourced furniture service to 'fix' the issue AT MY COST. The fact that they won't listen to me, or admit this is a faulty piece of furniture, and help me replace it is mind-boggling. For over $700 and Less than a YEAR in my home, NOT EXPOSED CONSTANTLY to WET SHOES makes ZERO sense why this is happening. And instead of being of assistance to keep me as a customer who has spent over $3.5k at this store, it is just sad and VERY BAD service. One would have to keep a wet rag in place for this to have happened in this amount of time.

I read the directions it clearly stated wash warm and dry warm which is what I did at the laundry mate. What happened nexts the blanket had burnt patches all over the place. So the nexts question is what do I do just deal with it it only cost me a 140 dollars, or do I take it back and have them exchange it or refund me due to a defected product I was sold? I explained the whole situation to them they appeared to understand my situation. The cashier did try to see if they had another one in stock they didn't he was gonna swap it out. But because they had no more blankets left in store they basically told me I was screwed and there wasn't anything they could do for me. I asked if this blanket could be ordered online they said yes. Because I didn't have proof of purchased they couldn't give me a store credit. I spoke to an operator before heading over. The operator said they could look up my receipt with the card I used to for payment. I did exactly this and it didn't work because I was informed after 30 days they delete all past transactions wtf? If I didn't push and threaten to protest to not leave the store until someone compensate me the staff/management would have screwed me over. 20 minutes later they finally decided to give me a store credit. I got no apologies nothing I left the store feeling like I wasn't a valued client. This is ok I'll just park my money somewhere else!

The next level of service is a white glove service where the unpack, build and place your item. I didn't need that since UPS brings packages to your apt door and I could take it from there. This package was shipped with William Sonomas service - no tracking, no nothing. They dropped an 80lb box that was almost 4' long and awkward a step inside my apartment building lobby. No doorbell ring, no nothing. This thing was impossible to move without assistance. So they're still a terrible company with questionable quality pieces, but now their service sucks also.

I had to prompt her to use their computers to look things up for me. If that's the case, it's pointless for me to come into the store and could've saved myself time by continuing my search online. The furniture here is not cheap and I'd expect more service for the price of the furniture.

He from the beginning was impatient in answering our questions about items and was showing attitude for no good reason. We had a terrible experience in their store when we tried to order goods worth more than $3000. He made a mistake in the order. When we asked him to cancel, rather than cancelling the order, he made a duplicate order without notifying us. Our card was charged twice without our approval for the duplicate order. He, after making the duplicate order, told us that we should come back and return the duplicate item when it arrives to get back our money. We were surprised that our card was charged twice without our approval although we were standing in front of him when he was putting in the order. We asked him to cancel both orders as we did not want to come back to return the duplicate item. At that point he became even more rude and was extremely unhelpful. He said the store manager was not around to resolve this dispute, although it seemed he was the store manager. He didn't seem to care that he lost a customer who was ready to buy goods above $3000. This staff should be held responsible for not only losing a customer forever for Rejuvenation and ruining William Sonoma's reputation but also because he was non-transparent to the customer and charged their card for a duplicate item without their approval. Be very very careful when you order anything in the Rejuvenation store and double check what they are charging on your card. We still haven't got back our refund that was charged on our card without our consent.

We always stop in the Williams Sonoma Store and this Home Store. The furniture is beautiful. They have bedding and bathroom merchandise in addition to lots of nick-knacks. If you catch a sale on sheets that's good, otherwise their merchandise is pricey. I always head for the section of the store where they have the permanent markdowns. It's a nice place for me to dream about home decorating. Plus I always use their bathroom!

They offered me $300, even though the desk isn't usable anymore. This was also after I sent 10s of emails to follow up. While they had the lowest price on the internet for this desk, it truly came at a trade off. The value wasn't there. I should have bought it from other companies who have much better ethical practices and honor product defects. I learned a lesson for you, don't make the same mistake I did!

While I appreciated the range of furniture options you had available, there were a few aspects of my visit that left me feeling disappointed. Firstly, I found the customer service to be lacking. The salesperson I spoke with seemed disinterested and unengaged, and didn't provide much assistance in helping me find what I was looking for. Additionally, I felt rushed and like I was inconveniencing them when I asked questions. Secondly, I noticed that many of the items on display were not properly labeled with prices or details about the materials used. This made it difficult for me to get a sense of the overall cost and quality of the pieces I was interested in. Finally, I was disappointed to discover that there were no delivery or assembly options available for the furniture I was considering purchasing. They even have someone who'll take your couch apart and put it back together if your door or hallway is too narrow for your furniture. Everyone arrived in a timely fashion, were a great help and truly gave me a good customer experience. I actually found this place on the drive to my new apartment so sometimes it pays off to see where you're going in a car vs. staying on your phone. I still might get a living room table and if I do, I know exactly where I'd go to get it.

My review of USM is challenging to write. USM is high quality modular furniture you can design to…read moreextraordinary specifications, BUT the responsiveness of the people at USM is abysmal. Initial responsiveness, let alone a return phone call was impossible to receive until multiple attempts over the course of a few months. Finally there was a breakthrough and the design and installation were executed on two pieces to a very high standard. We did so much, at one time, my residential account was the largest in the US. I am nearly complete with my USM home furnishings, but I have now been stalled over a year, perhaps approaching two years. There are smaller pieces remaining to design and install, but it is evident I am being treated as a low priority. Now that the bad news is out of the way, this modular furniture can be designed to incredible specificity to suit anyone's needs. It is very strong and highly utilitarian, adding tremendous storage and organization, but the color palette for the steel and glass, as well as configurations and lighting, make for something you can appreciate more for its aesthetics. You never tire of looking at it. The dimmable lighting can set the mood anytime you please. You can even add planters to add to your interior greenery and that is one of the features I have. USM offers modular functionality that can do nearly anything and serve a myriad of purposes. We achieved two pieces, one which became my cigar humidor and another larger piece serves so many purposes that my designer calls it the Swiss Army knife. Both are unique pieces and neither had been executed before. If I were evaluating solely on the utilitarian, aesthetic, and functional attributes to satisfy the most demanding requirements, USM would receive a five star rating unquestionably. However, USM is terribly frustrating to deal with when it comes to getting a response from them. They are at a one star or no stars when it comes to responsiveness. This is my quandary. They are nice people and good people at USM. They can work with you and do things only scant few can do to meet your requirements. However, there is quite a perceptible pushing you to the back burner when it comes to how they view you as a priority. You will no longer receive return phone calls, emails or even invitations once you fall off their radar, despite your attempts. You can even show up in their showroom speaking German with their people, leaving a written message, to no avail. Really, I tried... So where and how do you rate a business that can do so extraordinarily well, yet so poorly...? I am simply going to split the difference and your mileage may vary depending on how much weight you place on various components of a given evaluation. I will not struggle with this one any more than I have to and give them three stars.

I was lucky to be invited to the store opening & so glad I went. Because I discovered something new and wonderful. Isn't that what living in NYC is all about? Filled with iconic designs & beautifully displayed. The selection ranges from lights inspired by the original NASA space suit helmet to a multifaceted light resembling a diamond filled with LEDs. It's hard to choose a favorite, but I was mesmerized by "THE CUT" with its "hypnotic" infinite refections in an "attempt to create a fourth dimension" Really innovative. Wow!
