I came across a Made By Custom booth at the Filmore Vintage Pop Up Shop a while back and I saw this floating ring (pictured) that I instantly fell in love with. I'm not huge on jewelry and it takes a lot for me to like a piece and then to actually purchase it knowing that I'd wear it. My birthday came up shortly after and my boyfriend got me the floating ring and I am literally obsessed with it. It is so beautifully made, the jewels look great in it and somehow, for not being a simple ring, it looks so simple and perfect, while still looking badass. The craftsmanship is just great. I went back in to get it tightened and it was impossible for me to get to the desk without selecting several other pieces I wanted to see. (Side note: the shop is on Nodas busy block, shares it's space with a bike shop, and is very cute and simple). I gave this place a four stars cause I put my dress on hold and had a credit card on file and when it was suppose to get shipped out, it didn't because the card on file "couldn't be on file" for a period of time (never discussed or was told this would happen) which was a little over 15 days per their rule and now it's two weeks out and my dress isn't here because why? They didn't charge my card. This was disappointing on Vow'ds end. I need my dress to get fitted and this was a set back. The inconvenience of how they handle their accounting and the delay of getting my dress really sucked. Thanks Vow'd, you guys were great up until a certain point.
