New owners have taken over the nail salon. I went here and had the worst nail experience of my entire life. They had to redo my nails three times. They were extremely thick and uneven. they looked so bad that I couldn't justify leaving and having the nails for the next two weeks. I will say they were extremely nice and very apologetic, but I left without a refund and my nails have small cuts all around my cuticles and behind my actual nail. not covid friendly. there was only me and one other lady getting pedicures and that sat us right next to each other. they had about 12 chairs available and should have social distanced us. the nail tech had her mask under her chin and no liner was used in the tub for me to soak my feet. during covid they need to do a better job there was only 3 people in the nail salon. so no excuses read more

I have tried this place twice and both times were definitely not worth the money. Today one of the workers started yelling at a costumer and said for her to get out and that he's not serving her. While her husband was in the back getting a pedicure she was trying to pay and they ignored her talking on the phone. They do not use clean utensils they have old nail dust on them. Which is very unsanitary. While I was getting my nails done she would not let me wash my hands to get the dust off which led to having it stuck to my nails when she painted them. She then filed it off and didn't fix the nail she just rubbed the nail polish off of. Please don't waste your money here. Not worth it! read more

I have been here many times because I live super close and I am really not one to complain. I always give people the benefit of the doubt. But once you go somewhere a few times and you get treated the same you can't keep giving second chances. I just got my eyebrows waxed there yesterday and now I have scanning under my left eye because the lady waxed the same spot three times with hot wax. I've also been ignored and left sitting half done with a pedicure I've had sharp objects dropped on my foot during a manicure that cut my toe. They do not seem to care. Where do I start with this place. I wish I could give 0 stars. I waited over an hour for servicing. And didn't leave there til over 2 hours later. Made me late for an important event. They do not have safe social distancing measures in place. The seating is all on top of each other. They are not very clean. The guy who did my pedicure did a very mediocre job overall on the nail work itself. I could've done it at home for the $85 they charged me for dip + pedi. He used dirty tools and the towel he used to dry my feet was so rough & scratchy. It looked like an old dirty dish cloth-very nasty. They were just herding cattle this day because, there was a customer that came in who had an appointment that they were about to turn around and send home because they were so unorganized and forgot her. The staff is quiet and works very quickly. Depending on what time you can wait up to 30 minutes for service. The pedicure is great, and they are very accommodating for any special requests. I get my eyebrows waxed here regularly and if they do not have a wait you are in and out in 10 minutes. The prices are very reasonable. read more

charged extra for things without telling me until the end. gave me a hangnail and proceeded to rip it off with bare fingers (it's swollen and infected now) very rough the whole time. it's been two days and my nails still hurt. cut them shorter than i asked. i asked for coffin nails and got rounded nails. i asked for glitter blended down from the tip and got thick blobs of glitter just kind of thrown on the tips, no blending. some nails are crooked. i asked for matte three times, and she started giving me a regular top coat and i had to tell her matte again. very rude. every time i show someone my nails they ask if i did them myself and when i explain their reactions are "THOSE ARE ACRYLICS!?" I tried this place despite the negative reviews, seeing as most reviews were pretty old. When I asked for a pedicure, I was told to sign in and pick my color. After sitting about eight minutes, I asked how long it would be, and one of the guys working there told me to go back and sit down, had I not asked I wonder how long I would have been waiting there. The man trimming my nails was slightly aggressive, and I kept hearing the lady next to me saying "ouch" and that her nail tech was hurting her as well. I paid $30 for a classic pedicure and the lotion massage was extremely quick, the hot towel was on my legs for a mere 25 seconds tops. After my pedicure was done, I had to ask a different nail tech to clean up the sloppy polish that was on my toes, and the polish on my cuticles. The lady next to me rolled her eyes at me and said "not a good experience today." Overall disappointed, not a very friendly place and they rush through their services. read more

This place is a joke. I have been to several nail salons in the area and this may be the worst. My fingers were so sore by the time I left, and they did an awful job. The sign said a full set was $25. I got a plain full set (white tips NOT pink and white, and yes I do know the difference). They charged me $30 and when I confronted them about the price being higher than the sign, they claimed that the white tips cost more. Not sure why though, since white tips are a lot less work than polish. Then when I told the rude man that I wasn't happy with my nails, he acted like everything was fine... This was the first time I had been to this salon And I wished that I had listened to all the one start reviews that were posted here and other places on the web. I wanted to try solar nails and this was the only place that has them. When I called to make an appointment I requested for prices and what it included when I get solar nails. The lady I spoke to informed me that I would get the oil and hand massage when I got the nails put on. I didnt. Big whoop, I know, but that was what was quoted to me. The person doing my nails, his name was Phong. Normally, I'm pretty excited to have a guy do my nails BC no matter where I've gone, the men do a better job for me than the women do. (And tend to be friendlier) but this kid acted like he wanted to be anywhere else but doing nails. He tried to talk to me every now and then but he was so quiet and mumbled that I couldn't understand what he said unless I asked him to speak up and he smacked his gum the whole time, even while he was talking. When he started to glue the nail extensions on, I noticed 2 of them had big gaps between the nail and fake nail. I asked him to fix it multiple times before he started really doing stuff. He kept telling me "he will fix it later" or "some women think its easier to clean that way". I didnt notice till he started using the clippers but one of the extensions was too small for the nail, instead of finding one that was the right size, he clipped the width of my nail to fit the fake one. So now that nail is lopsided and skinnier than my nail bed. But, what ever, right? Puts the gel stuff on my nails and starts to use the drill to smooth it out. He kept going off my nails and burning the side of my fingers like a callus remover from hell. I kept jerking my hands away and asking him to be more careful he just told me it was my fault for moving. When it came to the fileing he left my nails uneven and jagged. One side of my nail would be higher than the other and when I would ask him to fix it and hold out the finger I wanted fixed, he would file the wrong finger leaving that one to be lopsided. Now, finally back to the gaps in my nails that he would "fix later". He started taking cuticle nippers and tried to cut down my real nail almost cutting the quick of my nails. He then tries to take a small drill to drill down my Real nail. No, just no. I saw that ending badly. I asked him if he would please just put glue in the gaps to seal it. He told me no, he fixed it and he was done. He didnt fix anything. I honestly didnt want to pay but I've never been in this situation before and wasn't sure how it would work out if I just said FU ans left. When I got home I spent 2 hours working to file down the snags in the side of my nails and working them down to the length and shape I wanted them and peeling the gel stuff off my hands. I understand a little product getting on my hands, but it literally looked liked I dunked my hands in super glue. When I asked him before I left to clean it off my hands, he pulled a little section off and said "its easy, you can do it yourself" I later talked to the "manager" about my experience there he straight up laughed at me and was quick to tell me that no refunds were available but he would fix my nails for free. I told him I was never going back and he laughed at me more and offered to give me $5. Joke of a place if you ask me. read more
