First off, the owner, Mr. Rabbani, is a class act from start to finish. He is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and patient, which comes in handy, since these are important home decor decisions that should not be made in haste. His store has everything you could want in terms of flooring: carpet, hardwood, laminate, vinyl, etc. You name it, he's got it. If he doesn't have it on site, he can most likely get it for you. And, if he can't get it, you probably don't want it. His prices are reasonable, his estimates are accurate, and you will feel welcome from the moment you enter to the moment you exit. But, that's just the first half of it. After having purchased flooring from Mr. Rabbani, and having been pleased with the price and quick turnaround, we were more than pleased with the skill, craftsmanship, meticulousness, exactitude, and attention to detail that his three rock-star installers had on display for the entirety of the two-day job. Fred, Alex, and Bryan, from the moment they set foot in our home, treated it as if it were their very own. This included, multiple rooms, closets and stairs. Just if you are wondering, on the bottom floor I had hard floors put in (beautifully installed by another company). All by design and selection. Why? To showcase two different levels of living space, that are dominated by your feet, in the same house. The samples they sent were poor quality, sloppy and uneven staining, and not at all what I had explained that I wanted. I found the product and color that I wanted and gave the information to the contractor. He insisted that Finnmark could get the product and do the installation with quality work. They got the product, but the installation crew was careless and sloppy. I ended up with glue on freshly painted wall walls, holes punched in drywall buy carelessness. I would not use them again for anything.
