The Angkor Wings had the perfect amount of crispiness and also the perfect blend of sweet and saltiness from the sugar and fish sauce. I liked that the Cha Kreung Sach Muon was made using ground chicken. The flavor mixed well and it was easier to eat than having to chew through larger pieces of chicken.
