Location: Bryant Park, Xmas village Service: Great nothing so special. Ambiance: Stall so not as big as you think but no issues, set-up was clean. Food: Tried their classic pork dumplings. As a dumpling girl myself, I can say it tasted really good and easy to consume. Had total of three orders in one day. Haha. Must try and perfect go to snacks.

After browsing all of the food options at Winter Village at Bryant Park, this was our second stop. We got some Korean Beef Dumplings and they hit the spot. We scarfed them down in a few minutes. I'd highly recommend this spot and would absolutely come back for more dumplings/other dishes!

Classic pork dumplings with spicy chili sauce.

Stopped into the location at the Smorgasburg event in Prospect Park. Pointing that out because I thought the classic pork dumplings I ordered were good, but just not as fresh as if they probably would have been if made in-store. The spicy chili sauce WAS just that, spicy, but tasted really good and made the dish.

Destination Dumplings is the reason I have a dumpling addiction now! I got in line for this stand at the Jersey City smorgasburg event when I first tried them. My two cents would be to get on line EARLY if you're trying to have these at smorgasburg because they sell out very fast! And for good reason! Just be aware of the fact that you're probably going to end up waiting no matter what time you go because this place is really popular. We got the edamame dumplings with the pickled beet on top. Not only are they aesthetically pleasing, but they taste AMAZING!!! They're so fresh and warm, made right in front of you and have a great authentic flavor. I will be back for more! I'd give them a 4.5/5 only because I feel like $8 is a lot to pay for the small portion size & the wait was SO long, but makes sense at the same time. Staff overall was so nice and wore masks! Make sure to try this out!

Got the spicy bao buns and they were absolutely delicious! Your mouth will be on fire but you will love it. They have a stand at smorgasburg too!

Stumbled upon them while they were at the Tuesday Hudson Yards Smorgasburg. If you're coming out of the Hudson Yards station turn left away from the vessel to find the mini Smorgasburg!!! Came at 5:45pm-ish and they were still serving but all of Smorgasburg closed around 6:45pm. The Tuesday staff was friendly and said they also travel to other Smorgasburg weekday locations. The dumplings were juicy, warm and delicious. We used Apple Pay so we got 40% off our order! The Korean beef ones were my fave over the regular pork and chive (which were also great). They had other flavors as well.

Around the World Dumpling Sampler (Classic Pork, Jerk Chicken, Peking Duck, Korean Beef, and Edamame)

Try the Around the World Dumpling Sampler for a good assortment of dumplings! Served in neat bamboo plate with Classic Pork, Jerk Chicken, Korean Beef, Peking Duck and Edamame. My favorites were Classic, Korean and Peking.

A pop up dumpling place in Bryant park?? Yeah, I probably should have gone with some hotdogs or sandwiches. The dumplings were very dry and dense (almost like a hamburger ptty. They have a gimmick with wacky flavors. I tried the jerk chicken one, and it was just weird. I mean, I finished it... and yes, the sauce wasn't soy sauce... But I question my own judgement to give this place 2 stars over 1. I waited 5 minutes just to get served crappy dumplings that are outclassed by frozen ones from Costco... Ok, but they got some novel flavors. 2 stars.

Was in the area and been meaning to give them a shot. Glad I did! My cousin was visiting from Germany and it waa her first time trying dumplings or bao. She loved it! As did I, as expected. The customer service was great and there wasn't a line so I got my food quick. Definitely worth the price! #BaoDown

Instant happy place meal in such a small presentation. Amazing ! I tried them at Smorsburg in BK and after waiting on a long line they did not disappoint . Cant wait for their brick and mortar to open up . Wonderful .

These barely had any flavor even the jerked chicken dumplings. Dumpling casings already lack flavor. The stuffing inside is what makes them and if you're stuffing is boring and lacks flavor then it ruins the dumpling.

Around the world sampler

Was able to finally check out the Smorgasburg WTC location, which is not that far from my job, so knowing I can come here every Friday make me so happy. So dumplings, my coworker and I shared the "Around the world" sampler (Korean beef, Peking duck, edamame, jerk chicken and classic pork). Which cost $23 for 12 dumplings. These dumplings are the holy Grail of dumplings! All were so tasty and like that the dough is nice and thin. If you ever go to a smorgasburg you need to check out their stand!!!

The dumplings were so tasty and cooked to perfection. My daughter loved them and she is extremely picky about what she will eat!

The portions are generous and the prices are very reasonable for Midtown Manhattan. Over the two visits, I tried both versions of the Hainanese chicken rice, and both were delicious. The food came out incredibly fast, and I especially appreciated that the meals included Chinese broccoli. I also tried the stir-fried noodles from Hainan Jones and that was excellent. Overall, everything we ordered was flavorful, satisfying, and served quickly. Definitely a great spot for a casual and tasty meal in Midtown!

The chicken was very tender, well prepared, and so were the veggies. I think it has stiff competition by way of Lou Yau Kee but is definitely up there as top 5 southeast chicken rices in the city! I would def come back here and what's great is that you can feel healthy bc it's steamed/poached chicken, rice and veggies :) It's inside Urban Hawker, so you can get a variety of other things to go with your meal - might I recommend Kopi (malaysian coffee) at the nearby stand? The flavors were bold, authentic, and the chicken skin was silky smooth. The cucumbers had a nice crunch and the veggies as well. They give you two sauces, one of them is spicy and might be hotter than you expect so try it first.

You're at a food court. With some luck you can snag a seat and chow down but office lunchers will probably just head back to their desk. Was told that the fish was super crispy so I got that with fried rice. Purposely asked questions in Canto to let them know I'm with the home team. Fried rice is made to order and it's actually decent. Food comes out piping hot. The fish is covered with a thick breading that reminds me of the frozen breaded tilapia from Trader Joe. It's a big serving (ended up with enough left over for a second meal) but you'll have to work thru that breading. On its own it has pretty much no flavor but it comes with a black pepper sauce that you'll need. The sauce is weirdly thick but along with the thick breading the fish will stay crispy.
