As busy as this location was, the staff remained very friendly and professional throughout the experience. I was impressed with how organized everything was, and customers were receiving the correct orders in a timely manner despite the rush. Great teamwork and service overall.

Came here for a bite to eat while me and my boyfriend were in time square and we were pretty happy with our experience. Service was pretty fast and our food was good. This was our first time having jollibee's and we enjoyed it but both agreed that it wasn't amazing or anything super special. The fried chicken was pretty good, gravy was great, biscuit was good, and the spaghetti was interesting. The sauce was very sweet and reminded me of bbq sauce.

Came right before lunch and there were already a handful of seated customers. Ordering is fast. They have kiosks, you can use the app or order in person. Pretty seamless process. Got the 10 piece chicken and an Ube pie. Love their chicken and how it still is delish even after I bring it home & air fry. Ube pie is good and not overly sweet. Nice that they sell merch in here as well. Recommend coming on off hours as it can get busy in the Times Square area.

I came to this Jollibee for an episode of a new Youtube show I'm doing, and it was kind of fun as I hadn't been to Times Square in years. Most New York residents don't set foot in the capital of consumerism unless there is family in town or they are going to the theater. I'm guilty of this myself. But this trip made me realize I've been too harsh. Between bites of fried chicken, spaghetti, and an Aloha burger, I observed families from all over the world being united by being completely overwhelmed by the flashing lights and an endless sea of people. As I saw these families experience the Crossroads of the World for the first time, it brought me right back to my 1st trip to New York with my Mom when I was 13. I was in awe. It was my first little jolt of culture shock. I felt like I was setting foot in Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory when I first walked into the Times Square NBA Store back in 2009. This 2025 Jollibee trip brought me back to a time when I was the purest form of me, largely untouched by the stressors and responsibilities that come with adulthood. It's good to get in touch with that younger version of yourself every now and then, just to check in. Are you making little you proud? As I try to get more and more comfortable with being myself in front of a camera, I found Times Square to be a major security blanket. Eating food in front of a camera is about the least crazy thing you can do here. And for that, I am grateful... The Jollibee Chicken Joy is also straight GAS. As advertised. Times Square had burgers... I chose Jollibee like a grown man with taste and zero fear Tried the KATSEYE Special KBBQ Chicken Sandwich Combo and I'm calling it now -- best fast-food chicken sandwich in the game. Crispy, juicy, smoky-sweet, and absolutely undefeated. Then I went full send: ube pie (criminally good), ube coconut freeze (rich, creamy, coconut magic in a cup), and that sriracha dipping sauce? Dangerous. I'd put it on my resume. They call it the McDonald's of the Philippines, but let's be clear -- this place has its own lane, its own swagger, and its own flavor universe. The service is outstanding, Loud, proud, purple, crispy... This is officially the wackiest, jolliest place on Earth. #jollibee #timesquareeats #fastfoodking #nycfoodie #foodreview

During vacations/trips I enjoy checking out a variety of food spots including fast food offerings that are unique. Maine is not a state that has a lot of chains besides the typical huge name ones. So for planning our NYC trip Jollibee stood out as a spot we had to try. I have seen many things about this place mostly on YouTube and other social media. Almost always positive things that have made me want to try it even more. I was a bit concerned thinking to being in Times Square the wait time would be absurd. To my surprise we ordered at the kiosk and our order was done quicker than many who ordered before us. The longest part of our wait was for our drinks, they seemed to struggle to have Diet Pepsi and their specialty drinks ready. It did seem chaotic for the staff to manage all of the orders. I will suggest getting it to go as the seating is extremely limited and during our visit they were all taken and swarmed when free. The crowds waiting for the orders took up most if not all of the other space available. To get a full experience we tried ordering a variety. My wife got a three piece combo with a side of mashed potatoes. I got their deluxe chicken sandwich with a side of their spaghetti. The chicken in both manners was incredible with the perfect crunch and not dry in any way. The chicken sandwich was huge compared to many other chains. Side wise the mashed potatoes seemed way more fresh with potato skin throughout it. The spaghetti was definitely unique with a sweeter sauce and hot dogs in it. My wife was not the biggest fan while I enjoyed it at least in the small portion. Only knock from five stars down to four is due to the location and the fact it's located in Times Square and the chaos included with that. Food wise, especially for fast food was phenomenal, a new favorite fried chicken spot!

I just wrote my review for the Jollibee in Delano, CA... it's only right I write one for this one-- my very first Jollibee experience. I've gotta say, it wasn't very memorable and nothing to rave about. They were super busy, of course, being in Times Square and all so I don't fault them for that. They were actually pretty quick with getting our order out... We didn't wait too long but it was a minute to find seats, even for just us two. I asked my Filipina friend what I should try and she said the ChickenJoy meal so that's what we got. Also added in one of their spicy chicken sandwiches. We got it with the biscuit and 2 sides-- mashed potatoes and Adobo rice. She specifically told me not to try the spaghetti so we avoided that lol and of course told us to try the pie. Because he placed the order, and he's not big on desserts like me, he did NOT order the pie on our first visit! Shameful (but that's what made me visit Delano). The food was mid, honestly. Yes, the chicken was good but it wasn't so good that I feel the need to go back. The sandwich was better... but not the best. I did appreciate the sauce and the fresh jalapeños though. Always prefer fresh. Mashed potatoes and gravy was basic. Just how you'd expect it to taste. & the Adobo rice I actually enjoyed (I'm a rice lover) but it's not something I would call delicious and tell you it's a must-have. Basically, this visit was a womp womp without the pie(s). Sorry, if it weren't for the pies... I'd probably never think to stop back here if I didn't absolutely have to.

Jollibee in Times Square is always an adventure! Since it's in the middle of Times Square, parking is obviously tough, so I recommend public transportation. Inside, I do wish there was more seating because this place stays packed, but that just shows how popular it is. We got the spicy chicken bucket, and it was delicious. Tender, moist, and with the perfect spicy kick. It also came with gravy. Service is fast and efficient, even with the crowds. We usually place a mobile order to skip the long lines, but there's also a kiosk by the entrance that makes ordering convenient. Overall, great food, quick service, and worth the visit...just be prepared for the Times Square chaos.

Jollibee is a popular Filipino fastfood restaurant. This branch is located at busy Times Square. Went here twice on two different days - one in the afternoon, the other in the evening. Depending on the time of the day and how busy it is, food can take a bit to be served. When it's busy, there may not be enough seats/tables for everyone. Got the fried chicken and spaghetti meal. The Chickenjoy fried chicken was juicy, crunchy and flavorful. Perfect with the gravy! Spaghetti was good. There is no pancit palabok in this branch. On the other night, got the Aloha chicken sandwich, deluxe chicken sandwich, and peach mango pie. Sweet and savory, the Aloha chicken sandwich had crispy chicken, bacon, lettuce, cheese, and pineapple. It was good! Peach mango pie was great. It can be very hot so be careful not to burn your tongue! Would have given this place a 5 if they had palabok and if there were more seats.

Right in Time Square, it's exactly what you'd expect T; busy, quick service, and limited seating. The food was good, with extremely crispy chicken, Solid stop for a fast bite in the area

This spot is a classic fast-food joint, and the fried chicken is definitely the standout--it's crispy and well-seasoned, which I really enjoyed. I'd say that's what the place is best known for, along with the spaghetti. The spaghetti itself was just okay; the sauce is on the sweeter side and includes hotdogs and cheese, which might not be for everyone. I'd been wanting to try this place for a while, so I'm glad I finally did. The biscuits, fries, and peach pie were all just average--nothing particularly memorable. Honestly, I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here again, but it was fun to experience it at least once. If you like spicy food, the spicy chicken is very spicy, which is a plus for heat lovers. The restaurant's decor is pretty standard fast-food style, but the service was a highlight--prompt, friendly, and attentive. For a New York location, I was also impressed by how clean it was inside. Overall, it was worth trying, but not a must-visit for me.

I was in New York to visit and relax and crave that Jollibee Chicken and Spaghetti with all the trimmings. So, when I saw the Jollibee restaurant, I met the kindest and sweetest TEAM in America, they served us the best chicken smiles ever. Gaby and her team were so nice that having this dinner was better than the NY steaks and pizzas, etc. So, if you're in Times Square, drop by Jollibee and hang out with their folks, you'll not only eat the best food for the night but also enjoy the friendships they share.

Even though everyone was so tired and ready to go home, their attitude was dry but welcoming, idk how to explain that. Honestly came in here feeling nice and hungry lol. It was literally my first time trying them too. But this is more like a popeyes, I would say a little better. The chicken is not overly greasy. Although, I love popeyes fries but these were unseasoned and basic yet still delicious. They have seats where you can sit down and enjoy your meal. For the most part food is given pretty quickly, which I'm sure is pre-made. I do love that they have the pure honey for the biscuits, YUMMY!

The chicken teriyaki was tough and chewy, almost like jerky, as if it had been overcooked on an extremely hot grill or deep fried too long. The setup inside this dimly lit restaurant had a bunch of steam tables offering various beef and chicken dishes, a handful of rice options, and a bunch of salads/fruits. Having no idea what we were looking at, we asked the friendly owner for some advice. After some contemplation, two of us made a plate with all beef over some jollof rice, and another with basically all chicken items over a different type of flavorful rice. We knew it was too much, but our goal was to figure out what we would come back for. Honestly, I did not enjoy most of the chicken because it's sitting in steam trays getting overcooked. Not saying they were terrible, but it all fails in comparison to all the great beef offerings. OMG! You really can't go wrong with any of the beef dishes. My cuisine rating is really based on the various beef items, the yummy veggies, and both amazing rice. The current price is $10.99 per pound regardless what you fill your box with, except a couple of items. We filled our two boxes with about 4lbs of food. Obviously too much, but we got to try many things. No doubt I will be back asap for round two.
