We found it difficult to customize a salad on the kiosk so after ordering my wife talked to the gent up front who made sure the kitchen didn't botch the order. I ordered the Korean chicken sandwich. Chicken is juicy. Coating is crisp. Sauce is tangy, sweet, and spicy all at once. The girls shared a chicken basket with sauces on side. The sauces carried--sweet, salty, a little addictive. Fries were solid, nothing crazy but did the job. The beef bowl though... low-key the star. The chicken was crunchy and fried well only thing is that it didn't have much seasonings to it hence why they give you a sauce. The onion rings were good. I got the 10 wings with soy garlic and spicy soy garlic on the side, and I was curious about the sandwiches so I also ordered the Chicken Banh Mi based on her recommendation. I added the fries-and-drink combo for about $6 more. Before leaving, I reconfirmed the order and specifically asked if everything was in the bag--including the Diet Coke and fries. She said yes. I got home and, of course, the Diet Coke was missing. I called to let them know, and she put me on hold, then assumed I ordered through the machine--even though I reminded her I ordered directly from her. Her response was simply, "Okay, when you come back we'll give you a Diet Coke." Not once was there an apology. The food itself was good, but I'm unimpressed by the lack of attention to detail and, more importantly, the lack of accountability. It's not about the Diet Coke--I can always get one. We got the same thing. Can't recall the exact name but it was the chicken sandwich with the slaw and fries in the side. They bring the food out to you. Everything was pretty good. Nice crunch. I wasn't a fan of the dark meat and understand I eat dark meat...but, some pieces of the chicken was super dark and I'm a visual person so it turned me off and I kinda played over the sandwich a bit. Got the 5pc drumstick which came to about $15 bucks after taxes which is crazy cause there are plenty of places where you can get a 5pc for less money. The chicken, DAMN amazing! It was cooked to perfection, big and very crispy. The only thing i would say is it severely lacks flavor. The milk tea isn't like the typical creamy/overly sweet milk tea you'd expect from a food establishment. It actually has a freshness to it if that makes sense with a stronger tea flavor which I like. In terms of food I was afraid that the portion wouldn't be big enough but the chicken nuggets are in fact pretty large and the fries are thick so it's all a lot more filling than expected. I ordered online so altogether was about $20. I'm not sure if the online prices may be a little higher compared to ordering in store though.
