My mom and I used this service to pick us up from the Orlando airport and then take us back there at the end of our trip. On the ride from the airport to our hotel, the driver was on time and kind but he blasted very religious Christian music the whole way there, which was uncomfortable for us. Then, for our ride back to the airport our flight was delayed by two hours. We called the limo service as soon as we found out (2 or 3 hours before they were supposed to pick us up) to see if they could take us a bit later. They said they couldn't accommodate picking us up later even though that meant an extra two hours at least of us sitting in the airport! They refused to refund our money and said we gave them too late notice! We told them as soon as we knew! I would never use them again or recommend anyone else use them either! read more

Parents beware -- this company does not take child safety seriously. We specifically chose this company because of reviews we had read and the fact that they offer car seats as part of their service, but the company demonstrated a complete lack of care and safety for both the airport pickup and the return trip to the airport. When we were picked up from the airport, everything appeared fine at first with a relatively modern looking carseat correctly positioned facing the rear for our infant, but when I performed a safety check I realized that the seat was only wedged into place between the seats. It wasn't actually secured to the seat using the safety straps. I wasn't happy with this and felt like the company should have properly secured the carseat and not presented it in a way that could have otherwise been overlooked if I wasn't paying close attention, but I ultimately chalked it up to "no harm no foul" since I caught it. However, when the company came to pick us up at the end of our trip to take us back to the airport, I immediately noticed 2 issues: (1) the car seat was poorly strapped into the backseat facing forward, even though it should have been facing to the rear, and (2) the car seat itself looked extremely old and worn. When I checked the back, the car seat had expired 10 years ago in 2013, and was no longer safe or fit for use. I brought this to the attention of my driver and asked if there was a way to have them bring a new car seat but he said no. Aside from this, both cars came with cracked front windshields. Beware of this company's business practices!!! My family and I traveled from LA to Orlando. The company was aware of our flight number, and we were informed that they would be monitoring it for the timeliness of our pickup. Due to bad weather, our plane had to circle for almost 30 minutes. When we finally landed, we had to wait for a gate to park the aircraft. All of these were situations not in our control. Why take our flight information if you are not going to monitor the flight? On top of the $185 charge for the car service, they charged us a 20% gratuity for our driver, Ron, which was fine because he was professional and pleasant which is why we gave him an extra tip after our ride to our destination, but they charged us a 30-minute wait time ($32.50) for a situation which was out of our control. The flight should have been monitored by them for flight punctuality. I called to speak to them that evening to get this resolved. I spoke to Nola Adams who assured me she would speak to her manager, and someone would get back to me. Surprise, surprise - no one got back to me. I called the following day and asked for Nola Adams and was assured that she would call me back momentarily. No one called me back. I called again and spoke to Nola Adams who told me someone tried to call me back, which is an outright LIE. I received no calls from them. She, again, assured me that a manager would call me back within the hour. Again, no call came. It's not about the $32.50, it's principal and shoddy business practices that irked me. He arrived in a huge stretch truck, air conditioned, and even though it was dark he pointed out some Orlando highlights along the way and gave us tips for the area. Worst service I have ever received from a transportation company. I would give them a minus 5 if i could! Once I booked with them I received a detailed email with directions on how to get to the luggage area. (the only good part of this trip) This included having the driver already there at luggage claim with a sign and having received his phone number already. We made out way to luggage. Retrieved all of our belongings and waited. No driver, no sign, no phone call. Finally received a call and was directed to go wait outside. Said he'd be right there. About 30 minutes latter he arrived and we were on our way. Once we were on the freeway the driver made several unsafe lane changes, tailgated on numerous cars all awhile it was raining off and on. And at several points the driver was driving at 85MPH. To confirm his speed I opened my waze app and took a snapshot of it. Sent the company an email review as requested on their website. No reply. I feel bad now for the driver who had a medical condition and was assigned a pickup with heavy luggage he couldn't even lift into his car, but he should have communicated with us better. I had a paid contract for them to pick me up from the airport at 11:10 pm. We were flying with a 1 year old and I paid extea for this service for the on time VIP treatment. When I arrived at 10:50 pm, I text the driver and he said he would meet us at the VIP pickup spot and to text him when I got there. We arrived at the pickup point at 11:10 pm . When I texted the drive to tell him we were there he texted us to sit inside he would be there shortly. After ten Minutes I called him, he said he would be another 20 minutes and changed the pickup spot to the same place the taxis and Uber pickup was. When I called the office to see if someone else could pick us up, I was told there was no one else and the driver would be there in 50 minute. Unfortunately we needed a car seat for an one year old (car seat facing backward). They were the only place that said they had one. All other services only had front facing car seats. After waiting an hour the driver showed up. He didn't have the correct car seat, also didn't know how to put the car seat in. We had security yelling at us to move because it was taking so long to get the car seat in. the car seat was very old. At this point we had no option but to put the baby in the car seat facing forward. The drive did drive slow and very carefully. I had this service booked for a round trip. The next day I called asked for a manage. was told the manager would call me back, I still have not received a call back. While I had the office on the phone I asked about my return trip and the car seat. I was told they will have the correct car seat for the return trip And they would be on time. the day of the return trip, I was called by the company and told I had a choice pick up earlier then scheduled or 30 minutes later. I was not happy, I paid for the time that worked best for us. My only real option was to get to the airport early and cut my time in the Disney park. this time the driver was on time, however they did not have the correct car seat, the drive said they have never had rear facing car seats. Had I known this I would have packed my car seat. The service is NOT worth the money. I didn't get what I paid for. Lyft or Uber would have been much better and I wouldn't have had to sit in an airport with a crying baby for an hour. read more

I am giving a one star because this company does not honor "choosing your own vehicle." I booked a large SUV to accommodate my party of 4 and our luggage and we did not receive that. Also, when you book an expensive car service, there is an expectation of being met at the baggage claim for the driver to help with your luggage, especially when a 20% gratuity is already added. That is the difference between booking a car service and ordering an Uber Black. I booked my service months in advance. I was called as I was exiting the plane and told to call the driver when I was ready with my bags. First red flag. After we retrieved our luggage, I had to call to find out where our driver and car was. I walked out to a minivan. I ordered a large SUV. So, the car that I "chose" on the website was not the car that was sent. While the driver was nice, the space in this minivan is not conducive for 4 people and our luggage . Two of my party were shoved in the back with a car seat. At no point did I put on my reservation that we required a car seat. When you order a car service, there is an expectation that this company absolutely did not deliver and this is unacceptable. Don't use this service. Uber black will be cheaper, more comfortable and absolutely more luxurious. read more

I will start with a positive note, the vehicle we were serviced in was excellent! We appreciate the comfort provided and transportation was made safely to our destinations. However, I have a some serious concerns and requested compensation. First, we arrived at Orlando MCO on 8/14/2021 and were expecting the driver (MOHAMAD from Nairn ) to meet us in the baggage claim area as stated in emails and website. We followed all the instructions from the emails and texted the driver back at 9:57am to let him know we had disembarked from the plane and were heading to baggage claim. We looked for him in baggage claim and never found him. We then texted him at 10:12am to say we were in baggage claim and if he would be meeting us in baggage claim. He instructed us to go down to ground transportation outside by the bus area. We then texted him at 10:18am that we had our bags, and he said to go outside and he would be there shortly. At 10:32 I texted him again as he still did not arrive and had not replied. I finally tried calling him at 10:36 to confirm where he was. No answer. After a 2nd attempt, he picked up and I asked him where was he and he said he was at Miami airport and asked me where I was. At this point I was so frustrated, and just could not believe that he was supposedly at the wrong airport, I disconnected the call and tried to call your office dispatcher. He then showed up a few seconds later and said he was joking. I find his humor in very poor taste as we already were all very stressed from traveling since 3am, and knowing we had time constraints for arriving to our cruise terminal. I think he needs to be respectful of passengers anxiety levels and he should be coached on his humor and behavior. After that, we all boarded and arrived to the port as scheduled. I received an email on Friday 8/20/2021 from company, which by the way I was on a cruise so emailing this to me was not very customer friendly as I did not have WIFI on the ship. Fortunately we did have WIFI at the port of call that day, however I did not see the email until after 10pm that evening. The email stated I needed to call them and confirm pickup for 7:30am. Our confirmation stated we were to be picked up at 9:00am reservation request #9XFYN7. I was told they had to check and call me back. They called me back and said that the latest they could pick up was 8am. I then informed them that I had my confirmation email stating a 9am pickup. They said they would check again and call me back. They called back and confirmed a 9am pickup. The same driver, picked us up the following morning Saturday, 8/21/2021. The driver texted me at 7:57am stating he was here and waiting. I informed him that I had a 9am pickup and that we were still on board the ship. At 8:16am he informed me that he was getting gas and that we needed to make sure everyone was ready. At 8:30am, he texted me again and asked us to be out because he had another pickup and he had to return back after dropping us off at MCO. We walked out at 8:32 and texted we were outside. He arrived at 8:37 and was rushing us to hurry up and get into the van. He also yells at you if you have a backpack and make you take it off so that you don't scratch his seats. He said he would take care of the luggage. When we arrived at the airport, the Brevard County Sheriff's office called as said that they found a suitcase that was left at the pickup location. At this point it was impossible for us to go back without missing our flight. They told us they turned in the suitcase to Carnival. I finally received confirmation today that my suitcase was found and Carnival is going to ship it to my home. It is obvious that the driver was rushing and missed that last suitcase. Unfortunately the cost of shipping is $34.56. In addition, I incurred the cost for the phone calls made at $0.25 per minute. I feel strongly we should be compensated in the form of a refund for all our trouble. I do not agree with paying the gratuity as our service was not satisfactory. Do not use unless you want to risk losing luggage and don't mind getting your confirmed times for pickup changed or you don't mind the driver giving you anxiety. No response on my emails either. We sailed on Mardi Gras 8/14-8/21 and I just got my suitcase today 8/28/2021. read more

Our driver Julio was very professional in all aspects. He let us know when our flight arrived, that he was waiting for us at the Orlando Airport as scheduled. He was very patient as we met him in the baggage claim area and even when we had to spend additional and unexpected time searching for our luggage that didn't arrive! Then we had to take more of his time while we placed a complaint at the delayed baggage office. After that, we proceeded to his vehicle and off we went to our vacation timeshare condo. It seemed like a long and complicated drive, but he knew right where to go! He was very friendly and personable throughout the journey. 12 days later, he promptly returned to our condo with only a slight delay due to traffic, to take us back to the Orlando airport to catch our flight on time. This company double billed me. When I pointed this out they reversed the second charge. Later I decided I would not use them on my return trip, two months in the future. I called and cancelled. When I looked at my Visa statement I was astonished to see they had BILLED me. I called and was told the credit would appear on my Visa card "within 15 days." That seemed an excessive wait, especially since they had reversed the double billing with 48 hours. I waited 10 days. No credit. That was time enough. I called Visa. They proceeded to dispute the charge. I then called Orlando Limo and told them what I had just done. They credited my Visa within 24 hours. There is something wrong with this company's accounting and reservation dept. There's absolutely no excuse for their double billing me and then billing me when I cancelled. My advice: spare yourself the headache of having to call in order straighten out Orlando Limo's accounting system. Find other transportation to/from Orlando International Airport. read more

We used Orlando Limo Tours twice: once from the Orlando Airport to Universal's Portofino Bay and again when we checked out of Portofino and transferred to Disney's Wilderness Lodge. We were a party of 8 with LOTS of bags and we decided it would just be easier to hire a service. They stopped at Publix for us to run to the store for 20 minutes (make sure you put that request in when booking so they can plan accordingly). Both of our drivers were awesome. My advice to everyone would be DO NOT ORDER A ROUND TRIP, and also DO NOT TRUST THAT THEY "guarantee" or "monitor" FLIGHT CHANGES. They will take your money when traveling is getting tough and not provide you with a service. My flight was rescheduled. Not only did they tell me I would not be refunded when I called them (I was within 6 hours of being picked up - how would I know this if I have a short flight?), but they said they would provide me a ride that was 1.5 hours after when I needed it. When I said that was not going to work for me and I would find a different way, they kept my money and also kept my "reschedule" fee. After multiple attempts at trying to work with them, I am left to leaving a bad review and disputing it with my credit card. I will not be using them again, even one way. Our driver from the airport was Angel and she was great. Very friendly and helpful. She texted the night to confirm the ride which was great. I texted her once my plane was in the gate. This car service offers car seats which I used. They also include a 15 minute supermarket run. This was such a bonus as I was able to pick up last minute things such as bread for my family's trip to Disney. Angel was very professional and was a very safe driver. We just had a terrible experience with Orlando limo tours and their business office. Our previous experiences have been great with constant communication with our drivers. This time, I had to call the company the morning of our pickup to check in on our driver. We even texted our driver who picked us up when we arrived hoping he could help. He was responsive. We had a 10:30am pickup for MCO. We were aware of the traffic through the airport and size and wanted to have three hours (especially with two small children) to go through security. Thankfully, we have TSA pre-check. Our driver arrived over 30 minutes late for our pickup. He did not text or call ahead of time. He had no idea where he was going. My husband and I were on our phones in the backseat looking at google maps on our phones once we ended up in the Epcot parking lot. It has been one week and NO ONE HAS CALLED TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE AFTER MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS. My husband and I have been promised responses within 48 hours and no communication. I work in sales and I'm saddened to have to write a negative review, but we tried in vain to rectify the situation and there was no response from the company. The driver told me to get my own bags from baggage claim and go down a flight and find him in express parking, all while flooding my text with memes including one of an impatient Mickey Mouse tapping his foot (when baggage claim took longer than expected). We did not want to wander around trying to find and then wait for the rental car agency to open at the airport nor did we want to pay the extra money to rent a car at the airport so we hired Orlando Limo Tours to drive us back and forth to and from the airport. Not only did it make our lives easier and save us money, it also added a touch of class to our trip. I was also able to pay everything including the gratuity in advance making it one less thing to deal with once we arrived in Orlando. Julio, our driver was very professional. He met us at the bottom of the escalator on the way to luggage pick up just like he had arranged. Julio was holding an ipad with my name in large letters so he was easy to spot. He was also very patient as we waited for our luggage that never came and went to the luggage claim office to make arrangements for it to be delivered to our share rental once it arrived from North Carolina of all places. The drive to our destination from the airport was quite pleasant and uneventful. He picked us up on time, had plenty of room in his vehicle for our rather large suitcases, and drove us right up to the curb before unloading our luggage onto the sidewalk outside the main doors leading into our terminal. The ride was scary. First, we arranged to have the driver pick us up in the back of the resort as it's a long walk on the Disney property from the back to the front. The company confirmed the pick up point and time. The driver showed a bit early and sent a text to call him, which we did. I asked if he could come to the back and pick us up at the passenger drop/pick up point. He said the resort would not let him. I was puzzled as the ride from the airport to the resort the driver dropped us off there and said to call the limo company to be picked up there. We did all this, yet the driver would not come to the back lot. When we got to the lobby and found him, he was flirting with the resort valet (Female). He took his time to recognize we were there, and then lightly assisted us with the bags. He told the valet he was looking forward to getting home. We got settled into the SUV and we were on our way traveling at 60 mph in 25 mph zones and when we hit the freeway, we were doing 80 to 100 mph passing all the safe competitors. I mentioned we were not in that much of a hurry, but apparently, he was. We arrived at the airport, and he jumped out of the driver seat and pulled the bags out of the back and left them at the back of the SUV. I have some issues about the safety of this ride, I also would like to know why the company sends a driver with an attitude and a stick where the sun doesn't shine. As most of these drivers are freelance, there isn't much a limo brokerage company can do. But beware, if you get a driver that speeds and weaves in and out of traffic, note his name and report him. Find yourself another company. I booked two transfers for my CEO through this company. The first trip from Orlando Airport to the hotel, the driver was late and my CEO was left standing on the curb for 45 minutes. Finally someone showed up. Second trip from the hotel back to the airport, the driver never showed up at all! My CEO called their hotline repeatedly and got recordings. No one answered or showed up at all, and he almost missed his flight back to Germany because of this company. He asked the hotel to get him a taxi and barely made his flight. On top of it all, the company charged my credit card 6 months prior for the first ride only. Sounds like a scam to me as you should never charge a credit card until the services are rendered or an agreement is signed. I spoke to one gentleman from this company a few days prior to the trips to ask if everything was in order and if he was going to charge my credit card the day of the second ride or after and he just said "thank you have a nice day", so I asked again and he said "thanks for calling" and hung up on me. Not a good service company to use. We ordered a limo town car to pick us up from Orlando Airport, what they send is an SUV. At first my son want to book a van so the 7 of us can go at the same time, but they said no van is available and this is about seven months before the trip. So we ended up booking a town car for me and my wife. Like I mentioned in the beginning, the town car turned out to be an SUV. My son on the other hand who wants a van in the first place ended up booking an SUV for the five of them, and guess what came... a stupid van. If we could have known, we would have all fit, all the seven of us in the van, and eliminate booking a separate ride for me and my wife. Another thing that makes me mad is , if your flight time was changed, due to Alaska Airlines mismanagement, this limo service will charge change of pick up time ($25) even though the change is only 3 hours due to flight delays. I guess they want more money out of customers. We had to book two limo service where we can do it with only one had we booked a van which we wanted seven months before. All in all a bad experience dealing with Orlando limo service. And Dania at their office was not helpful at all. I don't recommend this limo service. read more

A tad late in writing this review from March 2017 but things happen. We purchased round trip transfers four our party of 5 from Orlando International to Cocoa beach arriving one day prior to our Disney Cruise. Great service from (I don't remember the name but asked if he would be the driver picking us up on the return portion and he stated a high probability) with a nice suburban and the ride was uneventful to our Cocoa Beach hotel. When I made my reservation, we had requested a 9:30AM pickup at the Disney Cruise terminal. While exiting the ship, I texted our presumed driver and he said he was in the outside waiting area. Well, having seen him before and ridden with him, when he pulled up, we started loading bags while the kids got in. His cell phone starts ringing, he starts talking and looking around and another family of 5 walks up and apparently his lightbulb turns on and an Ohhhh Ooo moment. He was there for another family and never asked for names. Well this was awkward. We unloaded our bags and kids and were left at the curb with "your driver is coming". I called the reservation agent asking for an explanation and a status of our driver. Multiple calls and 40 minute wait with our departure time approaching in the warm sun didn't sit well. An apparent delay of the previous customer at the "Airport Pick-Up" scheduled for 8AM to be transported to the other cruise terminal nearby did not work out and we were left to wait for 1 hour with no regard for our travel schedule. Try getting a cab with the ship offloading. It was a zoo at the onset and no cars available. The driver called me and he showed up as we prepared for plan B , 1 hour and 10 minutes late explaining a late arrival of the previous customers flight. Thank God for TSA Precheck and carry-one we made it with 30 minutes to spare at our departure gate. Now why the 4-star rating? We were refunded half of our transportation fee for the inconvenience of the fiasco. I travel for a living (80k miles a year so this wasn't my first rodeo/similar experience) They made up for their mistake financially and at the end of the day, we did not miss our flight. read more

Called this company at the last minute when my family was diverted to Orlando instead of Tampa. Needed a car service that would pick them up and take them to the hotel. Called 3 hours before they landed Needed to have a carseat for a 4 year old. I spoke with Helen and she assured me they would have a car seat they did. Driver arrived on time called from car and waited patiently while they waited for bags that never arrived. Thank you for being so patient on what turned out to be a stressful trip. We had a very good experience at a reasonable price. read more

Ordered car on line, emailed over a day early, said processing. Called 1hour before and they told me it was cancelled because no driver and sent email but never received an email. Thank goodness for Uber! read more

Absolutely awful! Do not use this service! Several issues! 1) I reserved this service because we needed a ride from and to the airport with carseats. I asked for a toddler rear facing and infant rear facing. Both carseats weren't installed properly, and falling apart. If we were in a crash my children wouldn't have been safe at all. The straps didn't work inside the seats it was awful. I spent over $200 for nothing! 2) Our flight was supposed to land at 12am it was late because of a medical emergency on board with the emergency the huge airport and having 2 small children to transport on a monorail, go to baggage and then get to another level toget to the taxi we ended up getting tonour ride a 1am the driver seemed to have an attitude but the company was well aware of what time we landed and should know it takes time to get to the ride and again we also have a delay on the flight. 3)We are staying at a resort that have rooms blocks away from the welcome center where you check in our driver RON thought it was a good idea to drop us off at 130am at the welcome center because apparently they dont do door service which is asinine! He lied to his company and told them he waited for my husband to check in for 30 mins it was 10 and no check in is instant. Then when we got to our building he tried to bully us into giving him a extra tip for dropping us off at our room! As if that wasn't included in the overpriced ride in the first place! Told us that he needs some extra money or he will just have the company charge us the $40 fee for the drop off! I told him no and i will deal with the company. 4) we called the company the next day and complained! They of course took Rons side thats how we found out he lied about waiting for 30 mins. They then said they would look into it and get back to us but charged me $48 anyway. We called back and asked for a refund and cancelled our return I just want a refund for my return trip that we are not taking and the $48! Now we've been getting the runaround saying they have to have a manager call us to give us the number then its the finance department and now they are saying 17 business days before a refund! Absolutely shameful and shady af! I will be disputing this charge now with my bank and reporting them to ever place I can it's ridiculous! Do NOT USE! read more

The gentleman that picked us up in the Orlando airport was easy to find since his sign was clearly displayed. He was very nice with our family's requests to turn up and down the radio! We were traveling with three little girls and he was very sweet to them by pointing out things on the road that appealed to them. We all felt safe in his van. Would definitely book with them again! read more
