It was a little bit of a maze to get into actual entrance, but they did have signs clearly directing the way. Price was reasonable $ 10 for a regular wash and my car came out nice and clean. My only negative comment for this location is the giant pothole you have to dodge on the way out. It's directly in the path as you're rolling out in neutral.

On 5/8, I went through the car wash and experienced a significant impact to my vehicle mid-tunnel that resulted in a flat tire. The staff onsite were kind and helpful during the incident and even offered to put my donut tire on for me, though they ultimately needed assistance from the neighboring detail shop to do so. I filed an incident report before leaving and was told corporate would contact me within 24 hours. When I asked what caused the damage, I was told that one of the spinning brushes had broken and a protruding piece struck my tire. As a long-time member, I was understandably hesitant to return after hearing that. Fast forward to Monday, 5/11, and the only communication I received from corporate was a generic email stating that my claim had been received and that the investigation process could take 5-10 business days. At that point, I needed to travel into Boston for work and knew I could not safely drive long distances on a donut tire. I brought my car to the dealership, where they informed me they could not allow me to continue driving on the donut because it could damage the AWD system. Since they didn't have my replacement tire in stock, I had to rent a car for the day. I immediately notified Prestige of the situation, only to be told that any expenses incurred before the investigation concluded were "on me" unless determined otherwise later. Two days after getting the new tire installed, I began experiencing heavy vibrations and a pull to the left, the same side where the impact occurred. I returned to the dealership and was told my alignment was significantly off due to the impact. I'm a single mother with one vehicle, and my children were in the car with me when this happened. My car is only two months old and was in perfect condition before entering the wash. It has now been 10 days with no meaningful support, no answers, and no resolution. While the staff at the Marlborough location were polite throughout the incident, the corporate claims process has honestly been one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever dealt with. Because of that, I will never be a customer again.

I let them know and the guy turned around and came back and did a spray down of the entire dirty area in the parking lot right away. My only recommendation is if you get a mobile detailing, just put your car in a spot where the nearby area can get dirty for a bit until it rains so your neighbors don't also cry :) I probably should have parked at the very end of the lot, so it's more my mistake than theirs, but they took care of it right away.

I requested an estimate online, received a quote via email, and made an appointment with Peggy to repair my car. After they started working on my car, they requested a second review by my insurance company and an appraiser came to their shop. It is nice that they offer a shuttle service (thanks Don!), so I didn't need to take UBER or taxi to get back home or come back to pick up my car after the repairs were completed. All repairs were completed quickly and I only had to pay my $500 deductible. The back of my car now looks like new again.

The shop has such a buttoned up process for intake, arranging rentals, dealing with the insurance company, etc. It's the easiest and most comfortable experience. Multiple attempts to inquire why is this happening , Dave states over the phone that he does not have any end date for the car to be finished, even admitted that has been taking advantage of the whole situation by working on other projects and not caring about finishing this one! I found out from my insurance agents that he did the same thing to another customer and kept the car for 6 months without finishing the work! Arrogant, non professional, con and scam artist !
