Update 1/3/26 I usually get quite a bit of automotive supplies at Chemical Guys. They have excellent products. I needed something that I could not find anywhere. I needed to shine rubber shoes with a high shine. I looked everywhere an could not find anything to give me a high gloss for my boots. In desperation I went to the store and Caleb helped me out. When I told him my issue, he gave me options. Caleb recommended the Hyper coat dressing. Look at the photos. Yes, high shine which is was they are looking for my upcoming job. Well stocked and well maintained and you'll most likely find anything and everything you're looking for in regards to making your ride shine. I'd come in to find something to bring back the blackness of my 22-yo trim pieces on my truck. The staff was super pleasant, professional and patient and offered to test some product on my truck. Unfortunately, even the top line stuff they had didn't bring it back. You always see marketing for products that immediately restore the life and I didn't want to get roped into a marketing scam and not solve my issue. I'd mentioned that to the guy and he couldn't have been nicer and once the product we'd tried didn't work, he never pressured me or tried to upsell me on anything else and that's most appreciated in todays world when everyone just wants to reach in and take all they can take. I'll be back when I need more restorative and maintaining products. read more

I wanted to like this place as it's one of the only detail car centers that has parking. It also has a decent amount of supplies. What I needed was a spray bottle, as my old HDX sprayer had stopped pumping. I went to a few places looking for it, hoping to find a detail center that I could find the spray bottle, and do business with in the future. The staff seemed friendly and walked me through their chemicals. I bought some interior detailer and cleaner to test out their products and see how they work. The one spray bottle they had in stock was a 40 oz foaming spray bottle. I just needed a regular spray bottle as I wanted to use my rinseless wash and wax on my car. But they didn't have that, and I needed to wash my car. Nevertheless, I decided to use a water based wash for the foaming spray bottle, and I figured it couldn't hurt to have one normal and one foaming spray bottle for versatility. First wash, the pump was absolute garbage. You can only pump it two times before it's full. Then when you press the button you get inconsistent, sputtery, and sloppy distribution for literally two seconds, then you have to repump it twice and spray again. I lost a considerable amount of product and it took easily THREE TIMES LONGER to clean the car. Second wash, used a different wash, same result. This is something this company has on the shelf at $48 a pop! The interior cleaner was meh. It did the job but didn't really make it shine like I thought it would. Maybe I chose the wrong one, but I went over this with the employee running the shop that day and I felt like I had what I needed. One of the issues I have with this shop is that they want you to purchase and standby their products. They could just as easily buy and upcharge for spray bottles that aren't their name branded ones, yet instead they're cool with making only one that doesn't work, and then upselling it to you for a 400% markup. They could have HDX spray bottles on their shelves for $12, when they purchased them for $7, yet that's too hard for them. It's really apparent when I asked if they had some of the basic and trusted brands and cleaners... the response... "no we don't have that, but we have this instead!" It's clear the motivation here is to get customers to buy and stick to their products as opposed to the ones they trust, so those products just simply aren't carried here. Also, anything they don't make in house or offer, they got the trusted brands you know and are familiar with for only that. It's hard to like a company that tells you to forget about the brands you trust and to trust them instead, especially when the product doesn't even reach the same bar as what you're used to. Would have been so easy to do business here if I knew I could walk in and find what I'm looking for as opposed to "No, we don't have that. But hey, try this instead!" After the spray bottle fiasco, not about to trust their word on their products. I was the only guy looking like an idiot at the car wash with a spray bottle that didn't work for $50, while everyone else was looking at me with their $7 bottle in their hand and a smile on their face... thanks Detail Garage! After this whole fiasco, I went to Home Depot... found literally EVERY product, spray bottle, and accommodation this store didn't have. Bought THREE spray bottles and more rinseless wash and it came out to $30! Just to make sure you're getting this... I paid $50 for a spray bottle that was booty cheeks at Detail Garage, and I spent $30 at Home Depot for THREE spray bottles and cleaner. Moral of the story: if Home freaking Depot has better and more trusted detailing supplies than an auto detailer, there's something wrong. read more

I stopped by this weekend to grab a few cleaning/detailing items for my car. It was my first time visiting the store and I had always been curious about it. I was greeted by Aiden who immediately asked if I needed any help. He guided me to exactly what I was looking for and didn't try to upsell me whatsoever. I visited this location hoping to buy great quality products and I was disappointed with the quality of the products. None of the products I purchased worked. The leather cleaner dried out my leather seats. The ceramic interior detailer was just a generic cleaner it was not worth the price. I also tried out hydro view for the windows and it majorly disappointed. The staff seem friendly but the products are not worth it. Also a few days ago I got a message from them and supposedly they had been hacked, but honestly what the message stated I've heard around. I just got a new car and like some absentminded twit I got a little rubbing alcohol on my dash. It turned white. So did I. I tried to get rid of the mess I'd made and much to my horror, I was defeated. My lovely unscathed dashboard was ruined. I needed help. I went to this place and when I walked in the door I was greeted instantly. A friendly guy named Royce approached and after I explained to him what happened, he got down to business right away. He proved he knew a lot about their products right away. Like a scientist he went to my car and applied a few different things. My problem was solved. Amazing. Of course I didn't want to be one of those people who isn't grateful so I asked him about the stuff they sold there. He didn't try to sell me in an obvious way, but I did walk out with 50 bucks worth of product that will help keep my car looking like a gem. There was another worker there, I didn't get his name, but he did help my wife by dropping some knowledge on her. I've been watching Chemical Guys YouTube videos for quite some time. I was about to pull the trigger on purchasing items on Amazon, but my order didn't go through. Luckily, I Googled Chemical Guys near me, and low and behold they were in my neighborhood. I visited the store (2.5 miles away) and was immediately transported into Candy Land. This place has the best cleaning supplies for your automotive needs! Super friendly staff. Clean and organized. They used to hold monthly cars and coffee events for free before COVID. They are still hosting their classes on how to detail, polish, etc. Wear a mask or get curb side pick up. There's street parking and they share a parking lot with the automotive repair shop. I was finally able to stop by this detailing shop that I been having my eyes on for a while. I usually order my product from Amazon but since my work office is near here, I was finally able to take advantage of the moment and stopped by the shop. The first thing you should know is that parking is very limited and small, so you might get stuck there if the auto shop right next to the shop is busy. They have designated parking area for just the shop but its a pretty small parking lot, good luck if you drive a big truck. The staff are very friendly when you walk in and are willing to help you if you have any questions. I was just there to get a water spot remover product since I have every other Chemical Guys product in the gallon size. I was the only customer at the shop around 4pm until my friend joined me there. They have a lot of selection of Chemical Guys products so you'll find what you're looking for. read more

As a girl it is very intimidating walking into any shop that has anything related to do with cars (service and yes even detailing!!) but it felt the complete opposite when walking into this location. If you're into preserving or enhancing the look of your car, this is the place for you! I wash my vehicle about twice a month and wax it about twice a year with the typical Meguiars products. First off, when you walk into this place your instantly greeted. This place is like the Disneyland of vehicle detailing. The guy who helped me was very informed and even walked outside to tell me about the current state of my cars paint. He then walked me into the store and asked me about how I kept my car clean. He then began to show me most of the products I might be interested in. I was a little put off about someone trying to up sell me other products, but then I began to understand why. The quality of each product was far superior to what I was using. ANYWAYS... I purchased the annual car wax and rim cleaner/brush combo. WOW!!! This is hands down the best wax I've ever used. It really brought out the shine on my silver car. The beads of water after the first weeks wash were so large. The rim cleaner was too notch too. This will be the only product I use on my black powder coated wheels. This place is a little pricey, but my baby is worth it! read more

Came here last month just to browse their products. I ended up purchasing their Polishing Class which I took this past weekend. It was absolutely worth every dollar for me. I'm no expert when it comes to maintaining my vehicle and there was a lot learned during this one day class. Andrew the Store Manager led the class and he has a great attitude as do his associates. The class was very engaging and interesting throughout the entire presentation. They really invest good, quality time discussing the different compounds, polishes, tools and just proper basics to complete a project with a vehicle. I ended up purchasing a polishing tool and other Chemical Guys products after the class. I'm definitely becoming a loyal customer and believe their products are of the highest quality.
