I wouldn't recommend this place at al! They can even still an after market alcantara steering wheel. When removing the steering wheel the ripped the vibrating wire and stripped, punshred and ripped the the connectors from the wires. When dropped off my vehicle it had brand new oem wires from the dealership i have the receipt and picks. When I mentioned that to him Narek he got all defensive so I had to pay for new wiring through him and a clock spring. Narek is a liar, I'm sure he ordered those parts or he had them already to make more money his not trust worthy, definitely this and the mechanics aren't either. The can still a simple steering wheel now what makes you think they can fix engines, transmissions, turbos, or any other major mechanical issues and electrical problems! The mechanics are not even certified or have the experience there just going to ruin your vehicle they take no responsibility for damage! Steel, and lie! False advertisement! They pay for the good reviews and pay to remove the bad review! When I picked up my vehicle my dash screen were had glitches turn off and music would stop randomly he was the in the vehicle with me and saw it happening didn't really know what to say and then started thinking up bs stories and lies! Terrible customer service! Please don't take your vehicle here! No experience bmw's especially newer model's my vehicle is 2024 bmw m3 competition xdrive. Don't waste your time and money here warning! They don't even deserve 1 star! I have presented a number of challenges to them, including fixing the mistakes of other performance shops. They've done reasonably priced maintenance and repair work for me as well as the installation of a performance suspension and a race ECU module adding over 100 horsepower. I especially value their detailed maintenance inspection that they do prior to any job. In a few circumstances, they identified maintenance items I was not aware of but absolutely needed to do. I have had a multitude of experiences with Imran and Omar here. My sister had been taking her e92 here and I as soon as my original warranty expired on my e92 M3, this is the only place that has worked on my car for things as minor as annual oil and filter changes or larger items like when my dct transmission unit went out. They sourced and installed the whole thing and the car is always in better shape when I get it back. I have had my timing chain and vanos worked on, engine mounts bushings and so forth. No job is too big for them but above all, these guys are honest and fair and cool. It's the a shop in a sea of independents that I can unequivocally trust to do a fantastic job and always with very fair pricing across parts and labor. I would never go anywhere else. Also, the head guys all worked a long time at BMW so they got were trained by the mothership in NJ and Munich. 10 stars. I've left maybe two reviews ever including this one.
