Love this place for all my detailing needs that require a same day solution. Super convenient parking and have a wide variety of top notch stuff. Love the fenders and quarter panels they have at the shop to show you the before and afters for the cutting compound, polish, and even different pads. Store is kept clean and the staff there is truly knowledgeable about the products they sell. Their rewards program is pretty dope. Glad to have a 1 stop shop for detailing products nearby. read more

This place was incredible. I was just there for a problem I had with rust dripping on my car's paint in my complex. I met with the team and they made several recommendations of products that would help in different price ranges. While their solutions helped the problem, it will unfortunately take a professional's work to remove it entirely, so they recommended a place that I could go to for additional help with this. I mean they made things so much simpler for me and I couldn't be more appreciative. I definitely recommend coming here to anyone with this or similar needs. read more

Such a great experience at detail garage Burbank. I went in because I had something on my car I couldn't remove and didn't know what to do. The moment I walked in I was greeted by Andrew. Such a nice guy who took the time to inspect my car and do a demonstration with a few products that I would be needing to take care of my issue. I don't want to say I'm a big time regular, but I come here often enough lol. There products are Chemical Guys brand, which I've been a fan of and I honestly did not know they were in Burbank until a few months after then opened. I have purchased large amounts and I've purchased small amounts, each time the team members have approached me to see if I have questions or concerns. I'm about half and half when it comes to that so if I have questions they will definitely answer and ask questions about what is going on. They have even demonstrated for me. When I say I don't have questions and I just want to browse, they will accept that and let me browse without hounding me. Place is always super clean and tidy. They usually have everything I need in stock. This store is dangerous though, it's like Sephora for girls who wear makeup...you will want everything!! read more

This is my first experience at a detail supplies shop as I had recently taken a higher interest in taking car of my car with higher quality products. So needless to say I am very new when it comes to knowledge of steps to a proper quality wash. After the time and detailed explanation of purpose of product as well as application I feel much better of taking care of this for myself. The passion and excitement Isreal brings to the shop is infectious and it is easy to see that although brand new, this shop has the right leadership to do great things. I will definitely be back for anything I need regardless of how far I need to travel to get here because of the time taken to speak to me as well as the service provided. I'm not gonna lie, this is probably the last detail garage I would go to before any other detail garage. The vibe from them is just not the same, other detail garage makes me feel welcome and makes me want to just be there all day, but not this detail garage. Other detail garage highly acknowledges you as soon as you come in the shop, but it seems that work is more important than their customers. Their product is as top of the line there is, can't complain about that. If you want to come in here go ahead, but just know what you want already rather than waiting to be asked for help or what kind of products you need/want. read more

Unknowledgeable people work at this place. I was recommended a product for my car and ending up completely screwing up the paint on my 100k+ Porsche. I will not recommend going to this place and asking for advice or even use their products. Rather just keep ordering Adams Polishes online. LOVE these guys!! First, they sell "Chemical Guys," products. I was told EMPHATICALLY by a fellow customer that they are the "Louis Vuitton" of automotive detailing supplies. Second, I'm a person who knows NOTHING about car detailing. However, I bought a new car & really want to take care of it. Third, their staff is incredibly helpful! I'm sure that I am a bit "challenging" as I don't know what in the world I'm doing, but they are always very sweet, patient & helpful. I have 100's of questions every time I come in. Both Jarod, who has helped me many many times, and Hector, the Mgr, who helped me the 1st time I discovered this "candy store," are fantastic. These days it's not very common to have such truly thoughtful customer service. Jarod & Hector are terrific. They never try to oversell or hard sell anything. I do have to share that I have bought the smaller size of a product & then came back and bought the larger size. (Nice that they have multiple sizes of products so you can test them out.) This shop is great to visit. They have a wide range of products for everything. It can be a little overwhelming knowing which products to use but they have helpful and informative staff. I went to visit today for my third time ever and they gave me a discount because of a sale they were having and multiple product samples for free. I have driven by this store so many times and was always curious as to what they actually did. Over the past year I noticed dark carbon deposits surrounding the trough bumper cover exhaust trim pieces. This gave me a reason to go into this location and boy was I surprised and impressed. Instantly I was greeted by two very friendly representatives. They listened to my issue and right there on the spot Deniro and Ashley grabbed products that they knew would remedy my issue. They actually went outside to the car and illustrated how to successfully use the product. They took their time and in the end sold me exactly what I needed to take care of the car. These employees were incredible and made me feel comfortable and welcomed. The store itself is impressive and seems to inventory everything one would need to take care of anything you could drive, ride or float. Avoid this place guy started to rub my dirty car with a clay bar. Like wtf? Guy was a psycho. Pretending that I am dumb and he is super professional.
