They are a mercury authorized body shop who literally cheat consumers out of their estimate, and when I brought it to the owner(s) attention, they told me to in a nice way, screw off. The appraiser is so focused on smoking his E Vape inside the office, instead of properly giving a fair estimate. Have some respect for the business. Gary and Edvard, you both need to retake your certification courses again, because your appraisal was way off. I been emailing them/ calling them; and they do what they do best. Ignore. This place is worse than someone spray painting your car in an alley! Edvard is incompetent. Their body shop is incompetent! Here's why: They had my car and tried to return possession to me four times! The first time there was primer still exposed, they tried to tell me it was some compound that could be wiped off. I tried to wipe it off but I was primer! Along with this issue, there were air bubbles! I refused possession! They told me wait fifteen minutes and they would have it fixed..I waited. Then they offered me an uber for free and told me it would be a couple of hours. I returned the same day and the issues were still visible! They swore it would be okay and to wait two weeks before washing. Return if there were any issues. Second trip to this hack job of a garage they were to fix the issues because washing it two weeks later did nothing! Exposed primer! They took the vehicle and told me they would fix it! Lifetime warranty... as they should considering their work was subpar! They called me back a couple days later and told me everything was fixed and wash it in two weeks. Come back if there were issues...on this visit they had repainted... Third trip, after washing my vehicle there were now paint dripping, dust in the paint, and the dent they supposably fixed was protruding out again! Every panel they touched had massive dust in the paint! When edvard used a marker to highlight the issues it looked like an art project gone bad! They told me they would fix it. Apologized profusely! I told them obviously their quality control needed serious attention! They agreed and promised to make it right.... I picked up my car and they told me again to wait two weeks... Fourth trip to their garage after washing... there was paint drippings again and they burned the clear coat from trying to cheap out and hack the fixes again! At this point I refused to let them touch my car! I dealt with my insurance who tried to force me to take my car to another cheap garage but I refused! Took it to the dealership and they did an assessment that showed Fix Auto burned the clear coat, didn't match the paint, etc etc it was several pages of issues! It was proof that they do NOT perform at the level of certification that they are trained in! Edvard, the manager and the vice president all met with my insurance agent and they told them I just didn't like the work! Exposed primer, paint drippings, dust in the paint, air bubbles!!! Four trips to their shop.... Yeah... no one would like that work! Don't bring your car here! It's a hack shop! They will cut corners to appease the insurance companies but screw you over and ruin your vehicle! Take your car to a dealer certified collision center or a highly reputable shop! Check their reviews first too! Some dealerships are shysters too! Fix auto you should all be ashamed of yourselves! Incompetent all across the board! read more

Itzia (apologies if I misspelled) has been incredibly helpful in the front and provided me with all the information I needed. What a great body shop in Burbank. After 14 years, our belt molding weatherstripping was disintegrating in both driver and passenger windows on our 2007 Toyota Yaris. We took it here and Wilman Flores said they could do the work in less than a half hour but we would have to get the part from the dealership. After getting the part a couple of days later, I called Wilman and he said I could bring it in immediately for the repair. I expected the wait to be a half hour, but 5 minutes later the work was done!!! Wonderful customer service and terrific work in the short time they had the car. They were super nice and had great reviews, so I decided to use them for repairs and I'm so happy that I did. They are professional, helpful, HONEST and good people. Explained everything patiently and answered all questions. My first experience with a body shop in a very long time, so it was truly appreciated that they had, not just my back, but the answers to guide me through the process painlessly. The work that I needed done was pretty involved because of some "invisible" damage and then paint needed to be blended. RUN AWAY! Horrible experience. Went in for a damage inspection and walked in to hear staff making fun of patrons. The technician was unnecessarily rude, misogynist, and purposefully misdirecting the insurance claim process to secure a contract. They lowball the damages if you opt to use another provider and embed a "penalty fee" in the contract BEFORE the assessment is even created. So sign paperwork without any content that's binding?!?! It's an abusive scam to eliminate consumer rights and they have mastered the process of getting paid for substandard service. Go somewhere else! read more

I would avoid this place at all costs. My insurance co sent me to this body repair shop, only to be "greeted" by Ed, who was supposed to provide an estimate, but instead decided to state in a loud voice that "he was not going to waste his time giving me an estimate." Evidently, I had to commit to using this shop before receiving an estimate even though their webpage states FREE ESTIMATES, which was confirmed by the receptionist. Their reason for requesting that my claim be sent to them was because "the insurance co may receive different numbers than what they provide to me!" I don't know, but this practice would seem to be illegal in California? They told me that I needed to call my insurance company in advance so that they could receive "my file." Was this only to ensure an honest estimate? I explained to the receptionist (who was very professional) that I already had 3 estimates for the same amount but wanted to contrast them with Fix Auto because it was closer to my home and I wanted to make an informed decision about the quality of service, timeline, etc. Ed seemed upset that I did not direct my insurance to send them "my file." Needless to say, his ignorant statement about "not wasting his time" giving me an estimate said all I had to know about this shop. On the other hand, Joe was gracious enough to run out and apologize, but by then, the unprofessional and discourteous "greeting" by Ed was enough. I now see in other comments that Ed has a reputation for being rude and disrespectful. I wonder if the owner is also paying attention to how he pushes business away? read more

Did excellent work on my Tesla M3, including body work, electrical, etc. Looks like new. Went through insurance. The whole process was easy, and they provided constant updates (by text, and speaking with the helpful Service Advisor Mario). The work unfortunately took longer than expected with at least 3 updates to when it would be done (parts delayed, part arrived broken, some paint needed to be redone, etc.), stretching out over 6 weeks, but they communicated all of this well, and they made sure everything was perfect before having me pick up the vehicle. There is a small comfortable air conditioned office with coffee to wait in and sign paperwork, and all the people working there were friendly and could explain things clearly. I would leave negative stars if I had that option!! Twice I had scheduled for my car bumper to be repaired. Twice they did not have my appointment on their calendar. After the first appointment snafu they told me I could bring it in the following week because it was a minor repair and would not take more than a day to repair. Today, however the VERY rude shop manager told me that it would be impossible to have it back in a day. No apologies, no consideration for my time. In fact when I explained to him the conversation I had when I booked the second appointment, he basically called me a liar saying that "nobody from his shop would've told me I'd have it back in a day. Obviously had I known ahead of time I would've arranged for a rental car to meet me there. He insisted on arguing, and proceeded to tell me that I could take my car somewhere else, telling me I was the one with the attitude. Ha! Bizarre! What is most disappointing out of all of this is the dismissive, rude and arrogant behavior of this manager. He could care less about my time that I took off of work TWICE to have this repaired. No apology, just told me how he has kids and he is busy blah blah blah. Aren't we all?! I will NEVER go back here, EVER! Not because of the scheduling snafu- those things do happen- but because of this guys TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! For the record, the other technicians there seemed pleasant enough. I left my car because I had no choice. As I was on my way via Uber to enterprise to now rent a car, I decided I didn't want them working on my car at all. I went back and retrieved my car from Fix Auto. I let the rude manager know what I was doing - to which he replied "Good". I don't typically write reviews- unless they are very good.
