Quoted me a great price, advised they were about to fit me in. GREAT! When the time got closer, i got a text asking to reschedule. I obliged and reschedule to their next available appointment, which was Tuesday at 3pm. No problem... Tuesday comes around, no-show, no-text, no-call. I'm not going to go chase after them or try to call them to see what happened. What is even more irritating was that I commute to Cupertino for work (I live in Hayward). The detail service was set to take place in Hayward. I had to coordinate a carpool situation and ask my brother to stay at home JUST to meet them to work on my car. The lack of consideration for my time is offensive to say the least. I didn't ask for any favors, i just wanted to get my car cleaned. I appreciate honesty, and if they quoted me too cheap or overbooked, a text would of been nice to discuss other solutions. 2 Stars because Jeff had a great personality over the phone. read more

Jeff is as honest and detail-oriented as everyone here has said. We had a minor scheduling issue, but he resolved it directly and spent hours detailing my car. It looks amazing. He even managed to get my blue jeans' dye out of the driver's side seat. The photos are from one day later. so naturally there's pollen (thanks, nature!). But this time it'll come off with the help of a California Duster, which I didn't know was a thing until Jeff told me. Will call again next time I need a detail. read more

I needed an emergency detail before picking up my boss from the airport and Jeff did everything he could to get it done. I had been calling around for a while to see if I could find someone who really knew how to do a proper detail on motorcycles, specifically a Harley, but not just any Harley, one that had been sitting for a while and had more oil showing than paint on it along with a fair amount of rust. Finally I found Jeff, I had a short timeline because I had to have it in the shop in less than a week and Jeff came through like a Champ! Showed up early on a Saturday and was nothing but professional. He got started right away and knew exactly how to protect important parts and just gave it a total overhaul...AMAZING work, I was running in and out a few times that day, and when I came back to see the finished bike...I didnt even realize it was the same bike. NIGHT and DAY difference, looked like it came straight out of the dealership. I had also mentioned to him that I had to get our SUV done for the inside, we have a man sized dog that I took out to the mountains and we ran and hiked like crazy. Was a great day until I started smelling the funk he was giving off of wet dog, and when I got him out and back home, the dog came out but the smell stayed in...Jeff got it out and had the SUV smelling and looking brand new! And he did them both by himself in the same day, by himself. Jeff did an amazing job on one of the worst cars we've ever had come through here. He details for Fremont Auto Sales regularly and I have to say...he is always professional and thorough in all his work. I'd even call him a bit of a perfectionist but shhhh, don't tell him that lol. We had to call him to come in to detail a vehicle that I refused to even sit in until it was cleaned. It was probably the worst, most disgustingly dirty and grimey vehicle we've ever had come into inventory. Jeff came out to take a look at it, and was a little shocked at the condition of this car but his professionalism remained in place when rolled up his sleeves and went to work on it. Wow, I can't tell you what he did but when he was finished with the job, I didn't even recognize it...it looked like a totally different vehicle. My paint was starting to look really dull and I had horrible swirl marks from going to the gas station car. Jeff exceeded my expectations. The service was prompt, professional and very thorough. They were able to remove spots from my interior that I honestly didn't think would be able to removed. My exterior is now swirl FREE and the shine is truly stunning. He educated me on how the right "sealant" can aid in protecting my car exterior against swirl marks and harmful contaminates so I had them apply it, I'm so glad I did, it's been a full week and the weather has been really bad and rainy but my car still feels really smooth and the shine is still vibrant! The dirt is not clinging to my car, the rain is rolling off without leaving any water spots. No more going to the local car wash for me, I now realize my car deserves better. Great service. He came the same day I called. He probably spent two hours because my car was really messy but it was the same price he quoted me. He was incredibly thorough and you cannot beat the price considering (1) he comes to your house and (2) places you take your car would be almost double. I had silly putty stuck to the carpet and told him he did not have to get it out because it would be impossible. Yet, he managed to remove it completely. In all, I will use him again for sure and I'd highly recommend him. read more
