I can't comment on pricing since I ended up here on an insurance claim. I do want to credit them on their customer service, specifically Adam. So the scum(s) decided to steal my catalytic converter. Fate sent me over to Eplin's. Adam was able to install a new catalytic converter and get my car back to me in two days. WOW right? They even washed the interior and exterior of my car. Super impressed. I did get lucky that the part was in stock. People are stealing these things left and right these days. Sad state of affairs. Adam also recommended an anti theft device that COULD prevent / discourage thieves from doing this to my car again. I had to do it. Anything to discourage the scum(s) is better than nothing. I was referred to Tom Eplin's shop through my insurance. The customer service on the phone and in person was so wonderful. My anxiety about getting there before they closed for drop off and pick up was always met with a calm reassuring solution. I picked up my vehicle cleaner than how I dropped it off. Every piece of broken glass was vaccumed and they even washed the exterior too. The environment there is so wholesome and felt like a family bussiness. From the sweet care of the old cat that is there you can tell there is heart all around. I recieved text messages during the process letting me know when to expect the finished proccess. We had our car crashed into by another group, who very thankfully, footed the bill and referred us to Tom Eplin's to get our car fixed. They did a great job with our car, which took about a month or so due to the holidays, but at the end of the day, our car was in service again. Let me start off by saying I am forced by my insurance company to come here. Been here two times now. The first time was to replace the front bumper and left headlight. This second time was to replace the rear bumper. After they fixed the front bumper, we had to come back twice because the bumper kept falling off. I suggested they use more glue and the front desk guy snaps back that they don't use glue. All their work has a lifetime warranty and that's great, but insurance only covered for a rental the first time I brought the car in. Not the second and third. Oh...and I had to miss work both times. This second time around, I did everything I could to avoid bringing my car here. My deductable is $500, so I looked into replacing it myself. Looked all over the internet for the bumper and the best I could find came to about $450 with the matching paint. Minus well pay the $500 for a professional to do it. So I took it here again. They quoted the job for $1500!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No wonder we all pay an arm and a leg for auto insurance. Because of places like this! read more

It was really smooth process without me having me to get a rental myself. They also send you text alerts on updates of your car of when it scheduled to be ready, halfway ready, and of course when it's ready to be picked up. Great service, great technical jobs, and extra stuff beyond the call of duty. All State driver rear-ended me in California, so All State sent me to this shop. I got there at exactly 8am, and they were ready for me. However, Enterprise wasn't ready with a pick up, so one of the shop's people drove me. I got a call everyday to update me and tell me a progress report. One report was a different in price from the insurance quote, but that was already taken care of. In 4 days, the rear bumper was refurnished like new AND they detailed the car. Here is a great kicker, they found some dollars I left in the car's center console for emergency, and when they handed me my keys at the end, there was also an envelope with all of the money. Plus, the same shop guy I was working with came in at 720am, before their normal 8am open time, so that I could pick up my car before I went to work. Incredible service and Honesty. read more
