By then I have half of a car filled with suds drying on the car. Unfortunately, I curbed the wheels to my car. My car has chrome wheels, which are tough to fix. I contacted other shops and they either gave me really expensive quotes or they said that they don't have the expertise to fix them at all. Elevance is my savior because they were able to fix it for a reasonable price and did an excellent job. Alongside that, my husband also curbed the rims of his car a few times and they were also able to fix those as well! I'm hoping we don't curb anymore rims, but if we do, I definitely know I can rely on Elevance to fix them.

A few months ago, I had an issue with baby spiders all over my car. I got the mini detail and it wasn't enough because the spiders came back. However I went back to the car wash and did the pricer detail package and subtracted the amount that I had previously paid. They were kind enough to clean out the engine area and sure enough the spiders were all gone. I've also gotten normal car washes here and they always do a really good job. My coworkers and neighbors are always asking me how my car looks brand new and it's because of this place. They take card, but make sure to bring cash to tip the gentleman who works on your car. Best part is that they have an indoor area that you can wait in with air conditioning, massage, chair, chairs, and ample seating. If you want to enjoy the sun, there's a huge patio with a cement shading.

While some areas of the car looked clean, there were numerous visible water spots left on the mirrors, mirror housing, hood, trunk, and front of the vehicle. These spots were difficult to remove, and I don't expect to have to clean my car myself after paying for a professional service--especially since water spot removal is something they advertise as part of certain packages. I personally do not live in this area and drove about 40 minutes specifically to try this car wash, which makes the experience even more frustrating. I did point out some of the water spots to the employee who handed me my keys, and he wiped down a few areas, but there were still many spots left that were clearly visible. I'm not sure if additional spots occurred while the car was parked or from water splashing from nearby vehicles, but regardless, they should have been caught before the car was returned. I believe vehicles should be inspected more thoroughly before being handed back to customers. For a brand-new car, this level of oversight is disappointing. Unfortunately, I would not return and would not recommend this location. I'm simply looking for a car wash that pays attention to detail and delivers the quality customers are paying for.

First time trying this self serve car wash by Lincoln and Moody. Came on a Saturday, around noon…read moreand I am the only one in there. There are 4 car wash area and 4 vacuum machines. The charge is $4 for 5 mins BUT the charge and timer will continue UNLESS you stop it. So pay attention and don't forget to stop it (hit the green button) when you are done. I like this better because I don't feel rushed, but of course more money you're spending as you use all the functions. They offer free vacuum, just scan the QR code posted on each machine and it will ask for your number. You can pick either you want a free vacuum or an item from the vending machine. Overall, I like this carwash. It's not crowded and more options from the car wash. Will be coming here regularly!
