My parents purchased a used car and later found out that the previous owners had transported animals in the vehicle on a regular basis. My poor mom swore up and down that she spent several hours cleaning the car, using the best cleansers out there; but the animal odor remained. For $20, you get a full exterior wash done by hand (and they take their time to be thorough) and afterwards you enter the automated machine for a final wash, rinse and dry. I was fortunate to only have 1 car ahead of me but by the time I left there were 7 in line. Tip: bring some cash to tip the car wash attendant
