He attempted to answer questions without any understanding of what the questions were. One question went from "dash heat" on my end to "bathroom" or something like that on his end. I can totally understand being busy and trying to multi-task but the opportunity for new business was lost based on the interaction. If you're that busy, either take my number and call me back or quit the conversation you're in once you answer the phone. Unfortunately, I can't provide any feedback on actual service. I never got past the first phone call. What I thought might have been an opportunity to support a local business rather than a large corporation was lost by the very poor interaction I had. Maybe it was just a bad day on the other end of the phone but I won't be trying to patronize this business in the future.

I got there at 1:40, and they had a lock on the trailer. I waited 45 minutes even though I paid by Zelle when I got there. No help from them and I finally just cut the lock and took my trailer. Expect nickel and diming. They even told me on the phone, "People get taken advantage of every day. It's a free country. You aren't married to my sister or anything. I don't need to do you any favors." When I dropped off the trailer, I asked if it was safe or if I should put my own lock on it. He said, "Well there are no black people around if that's what you are asking." I paid way too much but needed it done. Don't make the same mistake.
