I live in Michigan bought a motorcycle from theses guys i was working with guy name Daniel Da Silva, when the deal was done the Sale manger said get me money within 45 minutes if you want this bike. I told them I will get them the money within 2 hours. After everything was done all the documents were turned in. I told them let me know when the bike is ready to pickup they said there is a problem they need to fix something took them 18 days to fix the bike. Bike arrived filthy dirt all over and grease marks on it. And the key fob battery is dead bike won't even start and asking for a pin code. When I call them they said they dont have the pin take it to your local Ducati dealer ship which i will be charged for it. I havent even took this bike out on the road. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD FROM ANY DEALERSHIP. Beware if you out of state and buying from theae guys. read more

I had been researching for about a year when it just became time to bite the bullet and upgrade my motorcycle. I had decided on a Goldwing, and did the necessary searches to find who had one in a reasonable distance to my home. Sky Powersports was in range, so they were on the list of places to look at. This is a relatively large dealership, and they have a solid selection of motorcycles to choose from. While not a Honda dealer, they obviously take them in trade when people come in, so sometimes they will have one anyway. I found the sales people there to be decent folks, just doing their job. Yes, they gave me the typical sales approach of having to wheel and deal for an hour to make the sale, but that is just part of the game I guess. Once I had settled on a price, the actual transaction was one of the smoothest I have been through. I was on the bike and heading out within an hour of saying yes to the final price. So, some observations about the place in general: Navigating around the different bikes is a bit of a pain... there are a lot of bikes there, and moving around the place to see different types is a bit of a maze. In addition, there are few places to sit down, and those places are not proper chairs with tables... there are a couple of lounge type chairs that I found uncomfortable, and a couple places with stools, but no simple chairs. read more

This was a horrible experience and I'm repeat customer. Not at this location but my first purchase was in Cocoa. I reached out on Saturday when we got home to let Khalil know that the vehicle appeared to be running hot. He responded Monday when you guys open to let me know, it's a machine and you guys don't know what could happen. So today I had an appointment scheduled with an authorized Can-Am dealership here in Tampa, which is where I reside and they conducted a 25 point inspection which I had to pay out-of-pocket, which was fine because I knew I purchased a used 13 year-old vehicle. But what I did not expect was for them to find major issues with the vehicle starting with the housing switch needing to be replaced immediately costing me $1200 right now because you cannot upshift consistently. You have to press the button repeatedly and forcefully in order for it to upshift. Then the brake pads are almost gone, which are costing me almost $700. These are priority items that need to be fixed right now which leads me to ask when you purchased this vehicle, from whom ever, did you conduct a 25 point inspection? This is very troublesome. Friend of mine rides an Indian Motorcycle and for his birthday I went to Sky Powersports in Sanford to look for a gift or a gift card. Unable to find anything I decided to purchase a gift card, which I found out Indian Motorcycles don't sell a Company gift card, but the store sells their own gift receipt. The problem I found out was the only person that knows how to process a store gift receipt was on vacation and the other employees were not sure how to issue one. Finally one employee attempted to issue a gift receipt and told me to hang on to the cash register receipt just in case my friend had issues attempting to use it. Second issue while I was waiting for the clothing salesperson to look for a manager to help with a gift receipt, I decided to walk around the showroom floor at the displayed new Indian motorcycles. In the five minutes I was walking around looking at the bikes I was never approached by a salesperson to assist with the bikes. Even though I have two late model Harleys in the garage at home maybe they decided I wasn't a motorcycle rider. Who knows. Anyway I will probably return in the future to Sky Powersports but probably won't be purchasing anything unless its a gift for my Indian riding friend. By the way my friend did successfully purchase an Indian shirt using his gift receipt so that was a relief. read more

We would give 0 stars if that were an option. My husband took our Ducati Scrambler in to finish installing a license plate bracket that he had 90% installed and then was just stumped on the remaining 6 screws and 1 wire that needed to go in. He told them that up front and that it should only take about 30 mins. And that was all it needed, nothing else. They tried to charge us for almost 2 hours of work! $310! He immediately asked what for, it should have taken only 30 mins, and we can see paying an hour as a min. Their hourly is $169. He asked to speak to the tech and that was a no go. Which, why is that? If the service writer, Zach, can't answer the questions, why not talk to the tech? Kinda sketchy, if you're paying this much for a service, why can't you get your questions answered? We called about this when we got home after discussing it some more. Zach said he'd have the GM, Janie, call us. Well, no surprise here, she hasn't called back after yesterday and me calling this morning asking for a call back by lunch. We will never go here again and neither should you unless you get everything in writing. I have been in several times prior to this to buy shirts and jackets as gifts. They've lost this business too. This is not just about the money, it's the principle of it. If you need service, and you're not allowed to see what's going on, you should feel confident you're not being taken advantage of, this is clearly not the case at SKY. read more

Get there start talking numbers come to find out they lied about the listing. Bike is brand new just a left over '22 model. so the 18,999 sticker price was 27k after nearly 5k in prep fees delivery and assembly. not one to write negative reviews but was a complete disappointment and 100% miss leading. This dealership just does not care about the customer. I completed all paperwork and gave trade and monies on my new motorcycle over three weeks ago. Their was two scratches that I requested to have repaired at that time. The dealer refused to correct them. Reluctantly I agreed to pay for the paint work with a written promise from the dealer that it would take 7 to 14 days. The dealer has never been proactive with communication. I am still waiting and there is no indication from them that this will be resolved soon. Tragically, I am a referral from a very good friend as well. Week 4 here we come and no sign of this nightmare coming to an end. The concept of under promise and overdeliver is a foreign concept to them. Spent over 3 hours at the dealership after the test ride just to make the deal, felt like I was being held hostage. Terms of the agreement were not made clear and resulted in clear misunderstandings about the transaction. The paperwork they provided me was not copies of what I signed and details were missing. They added over $6,000 in taxes and fees and claim that "everything was presented to you as we do on every deal". Buyer beware. read more

Avoid this dealership at all costs! I contacted them in regards to a used Polaris Ace 150 listed for $1799. Made an appointment with Karen for 5pm, drove an hour to find it dirty and doesn't even start. Supposedly it needed a battery, but no one in service was "qualified to work on it"... exact words from salesperson we got handed off to once we arrived. I was asked to leave a deposit and come back another day. I agreed, only to find out the $1800 deal was actually $3600 due to a $799 dealer prep charge and $499 administrative fee (to cover the paper costs I was told lol). I'd say that's false advertising at its finest. Complete disregard to customer service and a scam. I'm not a one time customer... I'm a lifetime customer that will most definitely find a more reputable dealership to work with. read more

Anyone looking for ANYTHING fun to ride on/in needs to check this place out. I live near Jacksonville and was tired of the local attitude. I've purchased a couple bikes from the local dealerships over the past 5 years and have come away feeling I should have brought some lube with me both times. When I was ready to move to a bigger road bike, the guy at Beach Blvd basically said up front he was going to do it again! I was hesitant about buying a bike from a dealer hours away, but after corresponding with SKY in Sanford Fl, I am so glad I did. They got me the bike I was looking for (I researched online, sat on the local bikes), at a price over 1,300$ below what the local guy quoted me. And that included delivery and pick up of my trade in. If you live in Jax area, look around here, but check this place out before buying. Don't let them "let's set down and go over the numbers", pressure you. Ask for best price, and compare. Andre & Jason were great in setting up the deal, making sure I got the bike I wanted, Zach in service was great on delivering and helping with questions, Jesus in finance was wonderful in finding a way for all the numbers to line up to equal the deal we agreed to. No surprises. They do have the same "set up" and "Dealer" fees that everyone has, but they are much more willing to work to get you a reasonable final number than the folks here. AND they have GASGAS, Ducati, stuff I don't even see up here. I will go to them first, next time I'm ready to buy. read more

Sky motorsports team New I was travelling to New Jersey from Orlando Florida on the 2009 BMW K1200 LT I PURCHASED last week. 1/2022...The tires were from 2012 and 720 miles into my 1100 mile trip the tires were TOAST. BMW Roanoke showed me they were dry rotted as well. I called my sales guy and he assured me management would call me. No CALL. I am canceling the warranty they sold me as well. I paid top dollar for this bike and had asked just a few questions. I never got an answer on any of my questions. It's not that hard guys. The bike was dirty as well. Went there for their special cookout open house, got there at 1:30 and there was nothing going on (started at 11:00 to 2:00), so was I late? Walked into the establishment and there were plenty of salespeople standing around talking or sitting in their kiosks and you know no one greeted me or asked me if I needed help. Now mind you Normally I don't care but wasn't this cookout mainly for a meet and greet? Anyway, I was checking out the Indians (I own a 2012 Harley Street Glide and was kinda knocking around the idea of trading it in for an Indian bagger) and not a one salesperson approached me. Maybe I was dressed to casual and not in my "biker" clothes, don't know. So I walked around looking at the Royal Enfields, BMWs, Suzukis and Polaris quads. Went outside and looked at some of their used bikes, finally walked to my car and left, never approached one time! Truly your salesmen need to go into Seminole Harley Davidson and see what real customer interaction looks like!! Or any Harley Davidson store for that matter. This place has the worst customer service I've ever seen! Not only that but I'm pretty sure the mechanics just don't give a s*#% either. I would not bring my bike here unless you absolutely have to! Their service writer Kelly is kind of a c#$t too. I would name off examples but I don't feel like writing an entire book right now. The 1 thing that really put me over the edge though was when I asked them to look into getting me a replacement engine. The service MANAGER told me he would text me with an update the next day after I spoke with him. Fast forward 3 weeks, I get a call from some guy saying that he got my # from the service writer, "Kelly the c*nt," and apparently she told him I was looking to sell my bike! I guess that was the shops way of telling me that they couldn't find an engine for me. The service department was worthless and ripped us off for $500 leaving us with a broken 2019 Trailmaster we bought brand new from them last Christmas. After replacing the belt twice they are blaming it on user abuse, but the shop it's currently at says it is likely an adjustment that keeps making the $16 belt shred. It literally shredded the day after we got it back from Sky Powersports and was driven once by an adult on a 5 minute drive to the neighbors. How is that abuse??? I just wanted to give a big shout out to the staff @ Sky Power Sports in Sanford, from the nice young Gentleman that greeted my Fiancé and I as we entered the store ( I did not get his name ) to Raul our very pleasant and knowledgeable Sales person, Jason the Sales Manager and Jaine the awesome Lady in the Finance department, the service that we received was out of this world. We purchased a beautiful Indian which by the way my Fiancé says of all of the Motorcycles that he has owned from sport bikes, Iron Horse Choppers to top of the line Harleys he says the Indian s the best so far and that's all he will own in the future :) These 3 amazing folks stayed 2 1/2 hours after closing to ensure that we could get home to Daytona Beach and pick up our trade in and get back to their store to take our new bike home for the weekend !!! Even Pat the Parts Guy was involved and made us feel that if there was anything that we needed for our bike that he was there to help us. I wanted to get my bike fixed here. Drop off was great and I let them know the few issues I had. Apple carplay was one of them as it was not working at all. When I picked the bike up I was told that the bike was updated so it should work now. I asked the employees to show me because I knew the bike did not need top be updated. As I suspected, apple carplay still did not work, only 2 miles was put on the bike, half a tank of gas was gone (I took preshop pictures), and my low fuel warning light was on. When the apple carplay did not work I was told by the worker that the usb port is only for updating. I asked her to watch indian's youtube videos on using the port and that it is not just for updating but also charging your phone and using apple carplay. They seemed like they did not want to give me fuel either. I needed some so that I did not run out on the way to a gas station. Mind you, I had half a tank when I dropped it off. From there I got a lot of "I don't know" and "I'm not sure" as I was directed to the pay counter to pay for things that did not get fixed. I wish the same lady that took my bike in was there. she seemed like she knew what she was doing. apple carplay still does not work. read more
