The options they have are beautiful, they have something for everyone and the customer service is out of this world. We even ordered a custom stone that they had overnighted and set before the weekend. It's been a few months now and I've decided that I wanted a different stone so they offered to switch the stone out a few times for me until I made up my mind. Since then, we've purchased numerous items from Anthony at Devons. If you need a Rolex, Anthony is the one to speak to, he is knowledgeable, honest and sincere. He'll make your experience memorable and he'll answer any and all questions you have. If there is a particular item you need, he can usually get it and he'll provide a timeline. Devon's has always done a fantastic job. I purchased a Rolex years ago and they still offer to service it. Years ago they had a ring that had four small princesses cut diamonds in the center. I really don't like that look. I LOVED the ring though. Kevin and Michael and their diamond cutters made it happen (see photo) It's still one of my favorite pieces. Now they are resetting my 5 ct yellow diamond. The original setting (purchased in so. Cal) had a basket surrounding the diamond that would allow dirt but was difficult to get the dirt out. It never seemed to get perfectly clean. They listened to my concerns and together we designed something to fit my needs. Not many jewelers can work with a stone of that size. I can't wait to see it when it's done. The communication with Kevin and Dawn have been amazing. I've received text and model renderings every step of the way. I arrived at the store to pick up a ring I purchased which was being sized. I stood outside of the locked door for at least 3 minutes in view of a well-dressed gentleman who was assisting a customer. There were other salespersons in the back of the store who also could see me waiting. I pulled both doors to assure they were locked. A young lady came to finally open the door. She was incredibly sweet and professional. I'm sorry to say this same scenario happened on my first visit when I presented at the store to shop for an anniversary ring approximately 10 days ago. This place is a Gem pardon the pun! I took my mom here to have her watch repaired. It had just stopped working and we suspected it just needed a battery. We went to several places that were unable to help us and ended up at Devons. a lovely woman by the name of Dawn helped us. She was so kind to my mother and took such care of her and her watch. I went in for them to look at my engagement ring to repair a missing stone. They did not ask me any questions about the ring, which if they did I would have told them it was a moissanite ring. They took it back to look at it and when they were done they brought it further behind the desk where someone else looked at it and said "yea we don't want anything to do with that." They gave me some some excuse as to why they couldn't help me and referred me to another jeweler. Feeling frustrated I left and called back for clarification as tho why they could not help me, where the person on the phone gave me 2 different reasons why they could not work on my ring. Overall it seems like because my ring was not a diamond and therefore not as valuable or "high profile" they didn't want to take the job. When buying, you are buying just as much from the person as you are the brand. While I did not see the watch I wanted, I was impressed by the staff. If you have a ring that gets stuck and won't come off your finger, then I highly recommend going to Devons Jewelers in the Lincoln Center to have it quickly removed. Anthony and Cole made my Mom and I feel welcome and calm as they explained the painless process to remove the ring. Anthony was very gentle and patient while he used a ring-cutting tool to remove the ring on my Mom's finger. He took less than 10 minutes to remove the ring and there was no charge. Anthony and Cole's customer service was exceptional and we will definitely be returning to get the ring resized. read more

Dawn was absolutely great! I wasn't sure what I wanted besides it had be rose gold and didn't give her much to work with but Dawn was so patient and helpful. She helped me find what style ring I liked and then found me a ring I loved and well within my price range. Devons was our first stop for ring shopping and dawn left us with such a good impression that all the other stores didn't. One of the best jewelers I've ever visited. Their Rolex section is a little small but they have a few pieces that are hard to come by at other boutiques. Kevin is a great salesman and extremely knowledgable in diamonds. If you're ever searching for ring for that special someone Kevin will not only find you the perfect diamond but he'll give you a crash course on diamonds that could take upwards to over a hour (which is a good thing). Devons is the only Authorized Jeweler in Stockton that sells Rolex. They also sell highly notable lines such as Tacori & Simon G. Devons are the only ones I trust with my Jewelry, they don't receive commission on Repairs unlike other jewelry stores that have required "maintenance" on my Jewelry only to make a buck off me. (so sneaky!!) I love and trust everyone at Devons. ESPECIALLY DAVE! I did not purchase anything on my 1st visit to this jewelry store, but will certainly return when I'm ready to buy. I came in on a Sunday with my fiancée to get her ring cleaned (that I purchased elsewhere) and they had it sparkling like it was brand new within 10 mins. The staff was extremely knowledgeable about their jewelry and even knew about rare gemstones most dealers hardly know anything about because they can't always have them in stock - plus diamonds are really durable - making them ideal for rings.
