There were no helpful attendants, just one young woman, for whom you had to ring a bell and then patiently wait for her to appear. There was some pantomime between us as her English wasn't good enough to fluently answer questions about USING THE LAUNDRY MACHINES!!! Argh... I just wanted to know which washer was big enough to handle my heavy runner... Anyway, I loaded a big washer, put in my money and detergent, and waited till it stopped spinning. It was the middle of a Monday afternoon and there were only three other customers. The Jerry Springer Show was blasting on the TV. There were numerous signs saying you had to wear a mask and to wait for your laundry to finish in your car, but no one was paying attention and the attendant was the only one without a mask. This place has a by-the-pound dry cleaning machine, which I'd never seen before. I'll try it out when winter's over and it's time to dry clean sweaters and coats but I think I'll go elsewhere for heavy laundry loads. There is no free dryer use here, like others I've been to.

I have not tried their wash and dry service but learned they they pick up and deliver your clothes as well. Definitely good services. The only reason why this gets 4 out of 5 stars is the price. Their largest machine, an 8 load machine is $10 and if you want a full wash with extra rinse they is an addition $1.50. Which is what I use to wash about a week or two worth of laundry. And the dryers run me $1.50 for the large ones. And I split my laundry into two so that is another $3.50. I justify the cost because of the nice facilities, wifi and air conditioning but I will say that if I find a nice laundry mat and at a lower price, I would try them out. In the meantime, I will keep coming here.

She is very friendly, helpful, and so quick to get your laundry back to you should you drop it off to be cleaned and folded. The machines here are in great condition with multiple sizes to choose from. As with everything in this world, the cost of doing laundry is high, but I managed to do a load for about $7. I didn't have time run the dryer twice like I have at other places. My clothes came out fresh and clean. There are books and chairs to pass the time. I felt pretty safe here even after dark. All in all, this is a pretty decent laundromat. It's clean, well-lit, and efficient for doing laundry.

I messaged them on Facebook on Easter Sunday, not expecting a reply, but Andrew (the owner) got back to me immediately to confirm they were open. When I arrived, he was there personally keeping the place tidy, recognized me from our messages, and introduced himself. His customer service is some of the best I've encountered in a long time--he even gave me a free extra rinse when I went a little heavy on the soap! Whoops The facility is spotless, the bathroom is clean, and all the washers and dryers are brand-new Speed Queens. I cannot recommend Lily's enough!

The machines are all new. They are willing to receive drop off laundry with the office inside. The new decor makes this the nicest laundry I have visited.
