Dewey Beer Co. is by far my favorite stop in Dewey and Rehoboth. I stop in every year I'm on vacation and it never disappoints. The food and beer are always great and reasonably priced. Great place to try some good cocktails and beer. Food is also great! Located in small beach town so easily accessible via walking. Not much parking. Indoor bar and bar area, inside seating, and outdoor seating. They also have a ton of grab and go beers in coolers. Great selection of merchandise as well. We had the most terrific customer service experience! Our server was absolutely amazing. Just the friendliest and most sweet person. I believe his name was Ryan??? He's amazing (he lives 45 min away, has a baby on the way. He's also an Orioles/Ravens fan. Ask for him! Terrific. The drinks were great! We came here for the vegan cheesesteak, and it did not disappoint! The roll was hearty, and the faux steak tips were one of the better brands out there. I could only eat half and brought the rest home for dinner on other night. Score! I also had a mango beer and that was amazing. Hubs enjoyed his burger and his beer. The last time I was here, the lady who brought our food from the kitchen noticed I had a young child in tow, and she ran after me with a bag to help carry my leftovers because she realized it would be a struggle holding two large carryout boxes and chasing my kid. The Bird Dog was very refreshing! Tito's with sprite and your choice of fruit beer. I asked the bartender for a suggestion and they recommended the Strawberry Pretzel Salad. Came here because it was walkable from our hotel. Service was fast and friendly. I had the pretzel braids, which surprisingly way exceeded my expectations. They were hugs and SO delicious, not like any pretzels I've had anywhere else; more bread-like. Beer cheese dip was really good, as was the mustard dip, which had a nice horseradish flavor. The other one got wings and was super impressed. They were large and not your typical fried wings - more like fried then baked or something? It's not a trip to Dewey without grabbing a meal (and several pints) from Dewey Beer Co. They of course have a fully stacked beer menu, and their food menu is equally impressive. We've been coming here for years and it never disappoints. This go around I had a BLT with perfectly crispy thick cut bacon. My daughter's love the chicken nuggets and I appreciate how you can sub a kids side for a very fresh fruit salad. Their pretzel and cheese is also insane. Order and thank me later. Service is always top notch. There's a spacious indoor and outdoor patio area. Beer is delicious and they sell a variety of six packs to take home, as well as some really cute merch. Came in for an after dinner drink with some friends. We tried few of their sours including tropical, blackberry marmalade, and strawberry pretzel salad. Also tried out the pale ale. I love that you can get 4ounces for $3.50-$4.00 this way it lets you try out a few if you wish. I've also had Dewey beer co at the DC beer fest. Overall, it's pretty good and would recommend you come in and try it out. They have a wide variety to try out. There is indoor and outdoor seating and they offer food as well. Grabbed dinner here on our night in Dewey beach. We were seated immediately in their sunny dining space (they have more of a bar side on one half and tables on the other). Service was great. Lots of beer options to choose from, a good mix, not just IPAs which is an issue at breweries lately. We ended up ordering the pretzel bites which were very unique and good! Dewey is one of the OG meccas to visit when you're on the eastern coast, they consistently pump out some of the best beers east of the Mississippi year after year. We stopped there on our drive down to Ocean City for some drinks and couple bites to eat. They have plenty of seating both inside and outside, no parking lot so that can be quite a pain, paid parking on the street. I had the Swishy Pants beer and one other, can't go wrong. They have a good blend for beer styles for everyone including fancy sours. The food itself was a little hit and miss. We got the braided pretzels, those were good, nice blend of beer cheese and a citrusy mustard which I preferred. Good size pretzel even portion of salt. We also got an order of the nachos. You definitely get your moneys worth with the portion size but we thought they were a little soggy. We may have also made the mistake of adding meat, that would be my suggestion next time. I wanted to absolutely Love this place... so what I will do is rank the beer and the food separately. The beer, it was great! The fruit smoothie beers were some of the most unique beers I have ever had. The merch is great also, I got myself a Deweydelphia hoodie. The food, the food was just okay. The wedge was great, it's hard to mess that up when you are using high quality Blue Cheese. I got the Hot chicken sando. Just like the review I read before we went, it was spot on saying the chicken lacked flavor. The crunchy exterior was okay... it fell off easily. Maybe cooked too hot and the chicken dried out. The fries were great. I got the salt and vinegar ones, they were really good. Glori got the chorizo and clams, she said they were good, not great. One of my favorite breweries in the country. Not only is the beer great and ever changing, but the food is phenomenal and even the gear is great. It's nice to see a microbrewery put so much effort into every part of their business. They have indoor, outdoor, and bar seating. Parking can be tough during the summer season, so be patient and carpool. Staff is all very friendly and knowledgeable. The street corn nachos are incredible and a meal in itself. The lo mein and hot chicken are great too. They truly have some of the most unique beer in America and you're sure to be surprised each time you come. Check their social media for upcoming events. I have been here a few times (all of them good), but today may have been the best. Coming during the "off" season makes parking a breeze, and there was no wait at all for a table. Our server (I think Becky) was very friendly and helpful. I got the vegan cheese steak and my wife got the veggie lo mein w/ shrimp. Both of our dishes were great. I'm not a vegetarian, much less a vegan, but the cheese steak was so so so good. One of the best things I have eaten on the trip. Will legit be hard pressed to ever order anything different next time I go back. In addition to our mains, the fries and beer were also very good. My only complaint was that there was a typo on the menu and my wife's meal was actually $1 more than listed. This is day (4) of my east-coast road trip and just left Ocean City heading to Rehoboth. To be honest, I thought I was in Rehoboth and stopped and fed the meter. Afterwards I looked around and saw a sign for Dewy Beer Co. and was like "Dang, didn't go far enough" but decided to look around and stop for a refreshment. It was a hot day and stepped inside for some AC. It was early in the day, maybe noon, and too busy, took a seat at the bar. As usual, I always op for some local fare and decided on the Pizzetta, a pilsner pale lager. Not sure but I may have two and it was refreshing to say the least. It wasn't time for Neil to eat but I did look over the menu and perhaps next time I'll plan my trip different and try the burger or wings. This was just a pit stop for me but I could see spending the day here when time permits. Any out-of-towners like myself need to stop. Peace. read more

I live maybe 45 seconds from Dewey Beer Company and I walk by far too often. This year I am making a point to go there more --- and boy have I been missing out! Their burgers and their lo mein are fab!! I could eat there every day. Their beer is great - and all the servers are wonderful, helpful and friendly. I will prob be there once a week now that I discovered how much I like it there! And!! They have a run club too!! We went on a Tuesday in March w the club and it was a great group - every one was welcoming and pace was good- 3 mile run followed by beer and laughs. They tell me that the run club switched to Mondays for summer due to free parking on that night - so if you are in town - stop in for run and fun!! read more

Dewey Brewing provided my latest adventure with craft beer smoothie style beers. Sometimes I don't always see eye to eye with this beer style feeling that it comes off too sugary and weighty on the stomach. However the two smoothie beers Steve and I had from this brewery we actually really enjoyed and found them quite refreshing. The name of the two beers we had was from their Secret Machine series. The first beer was Guava, Kiwi and Papaya flavored. This beer was more tart than sweet and with the three fruits coming together Dewey handled the balance quite well in flavor. Same goes for the other beer which was Strawberry, Raspberry and Lemonade flavored. While definitely more sweeter than the other it still wasn't too heavy handed in the sweet tooth category. Probably some of the best smoothie beers I've had in recent memory. read more

Rainy day on vacation sent us to Dewey Beer co...and everyone else. We were told Hour and a half wait. We were at a table within 20 thanks to the awesome host and got to enjoy a beer in the meantime. I can say, not one of their fruit beers was bad! We sat down to order and my daughter wanted the beef and broccoli lo mein which I thought was crazy...boy was I wrong. It was insanely good!! Rib eye, smaller pieces of broccoli made for the perfect bite! The honey hot chicken sandwich was very crunchy and juicy and the hand cut fries were a great partner. I love it here so much. They make their own brews, with a concentration on fruit beers, and I have yet to have a bad choice. The food is consistently excellent, a big step above your normal brewpub chair. What elevates this place especially for me is how many vegetarian options they have. It isn't a situation where I'm choosing from a couple items on the menu, I have so many choices. On this occasion we order the nachos, which we're not only big enough to share but big enough to share amongst a small family, and ended up taking half of them home. After all of that we split a black bean burger and deliciously seasoned fries. You just can't go wrong here. Go!!! Dog-friendly, large patio space which is also a major draw for us. read more
