My tech is David he has been a wonderful person always helpful customer oriented and always has a solution for my pest control. Recently I had to stop using them when I lost my employment but now that I'm back to work a started back up the service. Even though there were other companies coming back with cheaper rates I returned because of David and Shannon, she also has been a wonderful person to deal with on the billing side. Great experience with Dewey pest. We had rats and made some calls. Dewey was very quick to answer and scheduled a visit. Anthony came out and accessed the issue and then set traps .Both he and his company contacted us the next day. Great follow up!! 2 days later he came out at the agreed time and sure enough one rat was caught . He plugged one hole we thought maybe allowing ingress . Dewey Pest Control has serviced my parents house since the early 80's (when they sprayed the inside of your house too). We all survived somehow! When I became an adult and owned my own home I immediately hired Dewey for my pest control. I used Dewey for about 25 years now and have never had any issues. This company is very fraudulent you have to pay up front before you get your service, then they claim that they sprayed your property when they did not ever show up. Then you get a bill and never pay for it, because there is no way they sprayed, first of all nobody was ever here to spray because we have big dogs that we have to lock up when they come out to spray. Our home was robbed during the termite tenting, they hold no liability or responsibility were on our own to handle/deal with the aftermath and loss. We have our suspicions about it being a professional crew that must have had the info to have the proper gear to get into the property .. very coincidental. With insurance deductibles, the hotel stay, and having to hire a security guard to stay at the property after the initial break in, was an additional 2k+ I would be careful when getting your home tented, I would hire a guard to stay at the property at night, and make sure they use employees that they can prove they have background checks on, etc. read more

I had a very costly and poor experience. I would not recommend Dewey Pest Control. The technician went over the areas that needed attention and went over the cost of the work. The tech did not set any traps underneath the house of where the pest were going. I called for a follow up and tech that came out did not have the equipment to service the call. Then spoke with a supervisor and was told that the job was not estimated correctly and work was not done correctly, but needed to pay an additional cost for the items that included. I spent $285 dollars and still have a pest control problem and has gotten worse. I want a full refund. read more
