Thereafter desk personnel reviewed my paperwork and noted my doctor had failed to assign billing codes. They could still proceed but I would likely get a bill despite having insurance. I really appreciated her knowledge and attention to detail. Chose to return to my doctor to correct forms. I returned today, early morning, as a walk-in. Same great experience checking in. Was taken back quickly and can't truly express how grateful I was for the tech's expertise. She was phenomenal (didn't feel a thing!!) and also knowledgeable in answering my questions about the labs. I'd always used Quest before but consider me a LabCorp customer in the future!

Last year, I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Breanne, and she was so kind, patient, and truly had the perfect hand. She made the process quick, gentle, and even managed to make me laugh, which I never thought would happen in a lab chair. When I had to come back for my annual labs on 9/26/25, I honestly just hoped and prayed I'd see her again. To my luck, she was there! Breanne has such a calming energy and knows exactly how to put patients at ease. She turns something I usually dread into something I can actually walk away from feeling cared for. The problem I have with this place is the incompetence that goes on in the clerical department. My doctored needed my exam results asap. I brought in my prescription / doctor referral for exam (NOTE: this document has all of my doctor's contact information on it). After I received my exam, they never sent my doctor the results. I contacted them and they were unable to find my exam results in their "system". To make a long story short, after my final contact with them...they were able to find record of my exam. They said that they did not send it to my doctor because they did not have his contact information; which is printed on the front of the exam referral that I gave them. It took a few months, but my doctor eventually got my exam results back.

I was able to take time to go with him to one of his radiation appointments, along with my sister, and we were treated like old friends and given a pretty awesome lesson on what's happening and all the ins and outs of his treatment sessions. I learned a lot in the fast 15 minutes it took from beginning to end. Everyone we came in contact with was super pleasant and smiling. I knew my dad was in good hands when he told me, but to see for myself that he was 100% right was priceless. (he's usually 100% right though, but you know.....) While waiting for your appointment, they have coffee, water, snacks, donuts, pastries, candies and such for you to sample if you please. From the first appointment on, my father was called by his name. As we sat for a few minutes, when we were with him, we heard them do the same with each and every patient that walked through the door. Even the patients get to know each other! We will all be glad when my dad doesn't have to go to the Imaging Center any more, but we are just as grateful that while he was going through treatment that he was treated like the wonderful person that we know him to be. This staff member was rude and showed little patience while handling my toddler during a blood draw. Instead of being understanding, she blamed us and spoke harshly. She also grabbed my child's hand in a way that felt inappropriate, and then denied it. Healthcare staff should always be gentle, patient, and respectful--especially when caring for young children.

It's so much farther than these other ones...but man did I ever have to eat my own words. For context, we were trying to get blood work done for my mom who has late stage dementia. Even though we had worries about how this was going to go due to her illness, we had such an easy time here thanks to the staff. Xandy, our phlebotomist, went above and beyond with the service she provided. She helped us draw blood from my mother flawlessly and helped us navigate a customer service call with ease. Honestly, we wouldn't have been able to do it without her and I'm not exaggerating. Shout-outs to the manager/supervisor who helped us as well, unfortunately didn't catch her name but she also helped suggest fixes for our little online registration mix up.
