CARE QUALITY: The technicians were awesome...explained everything, easy to follow, easy to talk to, and very professional. They asked multiple times if I was okay or needed anything while the procedure was going on, which I really appreciate.... OFFICE EXPERIENCE: The ladies up front were great, completely professional, very fast, friendly and thorough. Now this is what happened to the missing 5th star....that BS questionnaire has got to go!! "What sex do I currently identify as?", followed by a ton of creative choices, none of which are necessary for a shoulder MRI. "What do I prefer to be addressed as?", followed by more creative choices, some of which seem completely made up?, but I digress...Full disclosure, I'm a middle aged white man who identifies as exactly what I am. I could care less about what other people do in their bedrooms, or like to dress up like or feel like they are, I SUPPORT YOU....but don't force your opinion on me just as I don't force mine on you. I don't force you to do anything special for me, so don't think it's my responsibility to try to figure out what and how to address you when for example, all I see is a dude with stringy hair, wearing lipstick and thinking that's enough to convince me that I should understand and change my understanding I have no problem with you being you!! Always have your ID & insurance card readily available to make your check-in go smoothly. Everyone was friendly and helpful and I was literally in and out within 15 minutes total it was so fast. I love the santa clarita location. I just wish when two different providers order ultrasound a couple days apart that they could take that into account and make the appointment into one so that I didn't have to go to two different locations today for the two different ultrasounds.

I must say the staff have all been wonderful (nothing bad to say there). However when I went for my mri the room was dark, machine outdated and extremely warm inside. I attempted to push the call button MULTIPLE times to let my scanner know I was way too hot but got no response. Of course, panic set in so I stared to move around thinking that would get his attention - still no. After a few minutes I was done and literally crawled out of the MRI. Someone finally came in but I was already out of the tube. When I showed him the call light didn't work he had to reset the entire machine. I decided not to finish my scan and won't be back. He was very caring and I appreciated that. But def don't want to go back in a machine that is hot, tight and doesn't have working buttons. Please fix that so other patients don't have to experience that panic.

The front office staff always greet me warmly and make sure everything is taken care of quickly. Scheduling has been just as easy. When they've called to set up an appointment, it's fast and problem-free, and they send reminders ahead of time so nothing slips through the cracks. The techs are gentle and take the time to explain instructions clearly before each exam, which makes a real difference if you've had prior negative experiences in other medical offices.

Spoke so fast and asked her to repeat what she said and she actually had to go back and read script. Then said I'd get a text so fast barely understood. If this was an elderly or person with slower cognitive abilities there is no way they'd be able to follow this. In addition she spoke so fast trying to get me to approve doing an alternate test than what the doctor scheduled. Be wary!!!!! And be aware anyone can tell you I am super fast and speak very fast. This was NOT A me issue.
