Our electric meter was very old and corroded since it was original to the house and was leaning off the house. It was a fire hazard. Rey was quick to respond to my project request. Once he saw my pictures, he prepared an estimate right away. After comparing his estimate to the other three I had gotten, he had the most reasonable, so I hired him. He was very communicative when I had questions about the project. He took a look at the job in person a couple days prior to the repair day to make sure he had what he needed for the job. He arrived for the job at the time he said. He finished the job and HECO turned off and on the power much quicker than his estimated time. He even waited for me to get back because I was out of the area thinking I had time to run errands so that I could pay him, and he could review what he did with me. He even offered to come back to get payment if needed, but I wanted to make sure he was paid quickly since he was done so fast. I was impressed with the whole experience and would hire Rey again for any future electrician projects. He is personable, professional, and efficient. Rey and his assistant from DEZ Electrical came out and spent the whole day replacing all our outlets and receptacles. They did a thorough job and pointed out some grounding issues and broken wiring, which they fixed. Rey even came back later to adjust a light switch that wasn't sitting flush with the wall. Rey was awesome and did an amazing job! He was very timely in his response and got the job done quickly. We initially requested him to install a Tesla Wall Charger. He came and performed a free estimate and was able to identify some existing hazards with our main electric box. To ensure that our house was safe from any electrical hazards he was able to fix the problem and we were relieved that he found it. He ended up balancing our circuit breaker as well and did a last minute install of a Ring Floodlight Camera. The cost he charged was really affordable and well priced.
