Best Electricians i have ever worked with!!! Quoted over 5 companies, most reasonably priced electricians. Jordan has done a complete overhaul of my house with changing circuit breakers, moving the panel to a room vs bathroom, moving/relocating power for oven, dishwasher, replacing all 2,3 way switches etc... Hire these guys!! I only write yelp reviews for exceptionally good or especially bad services. Primary Electric Hawaii is freakin great! My hair dryer suddenly caused the electricity in my bathroom and bedroom to shut off. It was a tricky situation because only certain sockets were affected and the breaker switch wasn't tripped. So I got a few quotes from Yelp and P.E.H. had the best price and the best reviews. I got an appointment for the next day. Yay! Brandon showed up early for the appointment and was polite and professional. He gave it his best effort checking out multiple sockets trying to figure out the issue. But after several hours, he had to call in for back up which couldn't come in till the next day, which was fine. (My house has a lot of mystery difficulties, so I'm used to lengthy repairs.) The next day, Brandon came back with boss, Jordan. It turned out to be an issue that needed two people to check different outputs simultaneously. They were done in about 15 minutes. The total cost was much lower than I anticipated. I'm thinking it's because they took longer to fix the issue than they anticipated... I'm not sure, but they weren't out to charge me for every minute they worked. In my opinion, Primary Electric Hawaii is an honest, competent company with reasonable rates and excellent people. Prompt quality service but very Expensive. They came once to determine the circuit was blown, which took about 10 minutes and costed $275. Then they came to replace the part which i had shipped through Home Depot. The repair visit took about 10 minutes for which i was charged around $125, a reduced price since i purchased the $50 part myself. I learned an expensive lesson. Jordan was the first to respond with an estimate to remove existing ceiling light fixture with 4 tube bulbs, and replace with a ceiling fan with light kit and remote. Being a kupuna with back problems, every time one of the tube bulbs needed to be replaced, I would need to climb a ladder, remove the bulb which is above my head making me bend back to remove from the sockets on both ends. Then, I would have to replace with the new bulb. The new ceiling fan only has ONE regular LED bulb, which makes it easy to replace. The estimate he quoted was very reasonable. Brandon came yesterday and did the replacement. He removed the old fixture and assembled the ceiling fan. A small part was missing from the box, but, he "MacGuyvered" it and all was good. Removal and installation all done in less than ONE hour. Fan, light and remote all working great. I have another lighting project with more complex type of lighting fixture with tube bulbs that I already told Jordan that we are considering. I was at first worried that I gave the wrong info about the type of job requested when I was informed that the job was more complicated than expected. But because of his expertise, Jordan figured out that the install was simpler than expected after all, had replaced the new fan in the original housing that spared the extra cutting of the ceiling to fit the new housing.
