North Shore Monuments is an extremely greedy company that you should avoid. Five years ago, we had engaged North Shore for help and advice for our project honoring 11 Army airmen killed in a heroic life-saving action in Bellerose NY in 1940. Their excellent support for the design and material for this memorial, and invaluable technical guidance was instrumental for the eventual successful completion of the monument this year. North Shore Monuments completed construction on schedule in early June 2023, and we dedicated the memorial monument as "The Bellerose War Memorial" on June 17th. Our thanks in particular to North Shore's construction manager Mario Morales and his staff, owners and advisors Hugh and Maggie Tanchuck, but especially to Lisa Burke. Lisa's close communication, coordination and expert guidance over the many years of planning this project contributed greatly to its eventual successful completion.
