Stephen came out and did a great job with recommendations and providing some ideas on best shades for some of the windows. Took no more than 3-4 weeks before Goldy called and said my shades were in and they were looking for an appt to install. I was able to get all the needed paperwork/permits completed for my condo association and the county, easily. I'm so happy I chose them to do the job of replacing our old metal coverings with brand new hurricane shutters. This included removing all the old original metal framework, plexiglass sliders and screens. They are the local retailer at all local Home Depots or you can hire them directly by calling them which is what I did. Home Depot has a sample shutter in stores so you can see the quality and material in person. Everything is made in house in their downtown facility which was reassuring that they know what they are doing! I highly recommend them for any of your hurricane shutter needs!

The first thing that steered us to Edward's was the very simple fact that Ed, the owner, returned our initial phone call within hours. Calls to several other firms were returned days later and most others never returned the call at all. Ed scheduled an appointment and came out promptly. He took measurements and gave us a quote on the spot. That appointment was followed up by the installer, John, who came out to double check the measurements.
