He had his teenage daughter draw up a plan with tons of mistakes, which was rejected many times by DOB. Mr Ainechi nor his wife Zeeba would never return my numerous phone calls and emails. A&A Consulting is the most unethical architect/engineer I have ever known. They are all about collecting your money and charge the most than any other architect in Queens; and perform the worst. I have dealt with many other architects and never had these problems. A&A Consulting and Mr Saeed Ainechi is the most incompetent, unethical and unscrupulous architect company in NYC and should have his license revoked.
