Right when you walk in there is the check-in desk on the right and two treadmills on the left. There are also Monster & Reign energy drinks for you to purchase if you forget your preworkout. If I recall correctly, Iron Cowboy has 6 racks and 5 deadlift platforms. The barbells, plates, and many of the equipment are all brand new! I also love the details on the equipment featuring Deathgrip Derek's logo. As for accessories, it is a little limited but you can definitely get the basics done with the machines available. It does get a little crowded in the evening time since that's when most people work out but the members are all kind enough to work in together. Speaking of kind, I got to meet the owners Derek and Maggy- they were both very welcoming and I am super excited for their ideas on expanding the gym in the near future! That's not bad for what you get compared to some of the other gyms. There are plenty of cardio equipment, a small area for free weights, basic showers (no soap or towels included). The place is open 24/7 too! The color scheme inside does get me though. Feels like I'm entering a kids theme park.

It felt so fancy inside, and on the first floor there was a smoothie bar with snacks and food that we got the açaí bliss protein smoothie from. I also really liked that in the women's locker room there's lotion and spray on deodorant and hair dryers, and it's super clean. The second floor is stacked with machines and treadmills and anything you could possibly need for a good workout. There's also an indoor basketball court and pickleball courts and an outdoor pool. Definitely play pickleball during work hours if you're off, because we went at 7 pm and it was packed because everyone had gotten off work. But, when we were there at 4:30-5 pm, it was pretty empty.

The kids club was a perfect setup. We had use of the party room for an hour. The kids were able to rock climb and play in the bounce house while we decorated. The last hour of the party was spent in the pool. We were able to use the family dressing room and then the pool. The water was nice and warm and the kids (and adults), had a blast. There was seating for the spectators that didn't get in. Life time provided the life vests and a lifeguard for the party. Each kid had to have a guardian in the water which was not a problem. The two young adults helping us made sure to take care of everything. They helped us set up, passed out pizza and cleaned up the decorations when we went to the pool. They had all the gifts and stuff packed up on a cart and helped us take it outside. Great place for a kids pool party.
